the dvd is mine. awesome, thanks!! :D
  • hmmm, I already have it on DVD, but I've definitely always craved the BD. I'll have to think long and hard on this.
  • Ordered mine. Even though it took a year, I'll give the club props for re-releasing it. I'm also thankful I didn't have to resort to eBay prices. Hopefully everyone who missed out will be able to get it now.

Hmmm, do I want to pay a second time, to replace the set I lost on the Magic Bus? It's not like I haven't seen it a bunch of times.

Eh nahhhh, some mates have it, can't be arsed.
115 bucks for half a haircut by a novice? I want my money back!

I forwarded the news, is it only for members? I didn't read about that anywhere, let's hope not... it took time but they delivered, hope everybody is happy now and that this edition isn't as limited as the old one... and you get it 30 bucks cheaper... what else you can ask for?

5 minutes later Edit: I know what else you can ask for: backpack and vinyl...:mrgreen::mrgreen:

By the way, yeah, I paid it for those 3 discs 30 extra, but I have been watching and enjoying them for almost a year, so I can't complaint...

Great, so the limited edition I paid $60 for is no longer limited?
Glad folks can get it for a good price but what is the difference between my $60 version and the $30 now being offered? The new packaging looks even better than the limited edition. So what gives Santos? Please send me a back pack and all will be well.:lol:

You paid an extra 30 for a crappy case that sticks out like a sore thumb on the blu ray shelf (why was this made CD size?!) while the new versions are actually in a proper blu ray case... I too find this insulting.
  • See, they do listen.

Im not insulted. My life is too busy for that. But can the 10c just credit me $30 since its the same product with better packaging?
    Otherwise a backpack would suffice.
    Thanks

We're not bitching..just pointing out that we paid more for the same product in an uglier case with no booklet. Jeez, are people not allowed to have opinions or simply state facts around here? :fp:

As one who bought the original Bluray, I am glad 10c came through with a re-release for others who missed out. Not sure why people who already have it are complaining. It's like anything else, over time things go down in price (except some PJ posters and vinyl). I don't feel slighted I paid $70 a year ago for it. I have enjoyed watching it while others only wished they could see the bonus stuff. Glad 10c re-released it and hope there is plenty to go around.

Definitelly glad it was rereleased for those who wanted it. Feel kind've bad for people who paid $300 + for it from other members. I have the old set but am thinking about purchasing this again :fp:

It was falsely advertised as the last two discs being limited. Hence why I was okay paying 70 dollars for a blu ray. If I knew I had to wait a year and it would be released "standard" at half price with more material and a much better case, I promise you I would have waited. I'm not mad others can own this, I'm mad I overpaid for an inferior version.

And the new versions come with a booklet.

the old version came with booklets too, each disc has its own booklet, and disc jackets come with pics too, I guess this time discs are on plastic cases and booklet is made with the same pics that the old one...

    And limited edition PJ20 DVDs.
I too am glad that folks can now get it, but for the first time as a fan, I feel squeezed for my dollars. I paid more and got less. And this is from someone that generally supports the price increases across the board.

Perhaps this will play out and I will be wrong. Hope so.

The first run was probably more expensive because it really was limited edition at the time and was also in a non standard sized box.

the old version came with booklets too, each disc has its own booklet,

mine didn't...just 3 discs, each in a sleeve

    I don't consider a credit sleeve a "20 page booklet"
