    LOTS to be positive about!!!
Aside from that horrific 6 min stretch in the 2nd qtr, we had this game won!!!
Our D didn't quit or laydown (unlike Buffalo)
Our RB and FB looked great...
A little thin on the OL, but still early in the year...
Sux I'm outta the ol' suicide pool after the first 60 mins of the season, but I saw a lot I loved today...
    SP teams = very good
    D = very good
Tannehill showed some signs of maturity - gotta get those balls up though...
Need the WR's to step up and catch some balls
Ya we got beat, but didn't everyone predict this???? We were BEATING this team for over 14 minutes...
I blame rookie coach Philbin for the 3rd TD in the 2nd qtr, should have kneeled it and gone to the locker-room (esp w/ rookie QB)
We will be fine. We'll have some gms like today, but I love this team!!!
    Shockin the world baby!!!
(Thanks for starting this thread Ledbetterman10 - love ya, bro - we are going to win a bunch of gms this year!!!!)

Four costly turnovers on four consecutive possessions broke the game open for the Texans as they converted them into 24 unanswered points over a span of a little more than seven minutes.
What are the odds of that???? Seriously...
HOU was frustrated in the red zone by Miami’s defense, being held to three field goals when they were trying to get into the end zone...
Randy Starks disrupted HOU's rhythm with two sacks and he also had a key stop of Foster on a 3rd-and-1 that forced a punt...
Reggie Bush averaged just under five yards in this game (4.9) as he rushed for 69 yards on 14 carries. He also caught five passes for 38 yards.
    Lots to be positive about...
    GO MIAMI!!!!!!

You're pretty much quoting win/loss stats from when I wasn't even born. :? And who cares what anyone did in the past. Keep living off of that.:lol::lol:

It goes beyond the turnovers. Some dude on phinsider.com was arguing with me that Tannehill and the offense "looked great" prior to the turnovers. It drives me batty. Holding onto a 3-0 lead for dear life isn't "looking great" to me. I dunno, Tannehill just doesn't look right to me. I just don't have confidence in him. Probably because nothing about his college career, combine, scouting report, or training camp/preseason performance gives me reason to.

If time-travel was possible. I'd go back to 2002 and tell my 18-year-old self to treasure Jay Fiedler. And he'd laugh and probably call me a douche but he'll see. He'll see...

But the Bills did look pretty shitty today. At least I expect nothing from Miami. You think Buffalo has a chance and they made the Jets look great. Like I said in the Hard Knocks thread, enjoy 6 more years of Fitzpatrick.

Well I know injuries are a part of the game but losing Jackson really hurts that team quite a bit. Just see what happened to them last year when he went down. Other than that, you turn the ball over four times (one returned for a TD) and give up a TD on a punt return you're going to lose badly. No way around it.

If time-travel was possible. I'd go back to 2002 and tell my 18-year-old self to treasure Jay Fiedler.

And you should! Laugh all u want, his heart and grit rivals anything that's been behind center since...
Tanny looked fine today - dude, he's a rook against last yrs 2nd ranked D
UR D didn't give up today
He's gonna take lumps and learn
Does Matt Moore or David Garrard win that game today? I don't know...
Jay Fiedler played with heart and was accurate...next to Marino and Pennington, best QB we've had...
We will be fine dude, again, tanny needs experience and these lumps - while they do nothing for our blood pressure, they will serve him and the Fins well for years to come. This team is not a SB team. This team is being crafted for runs in 2013 and beyond. Sux to admit, but it is what it is. Jeff ireland needs fired tomorrow. Philbin has got a squad of guys that most people wouldn't know if they bumped into them in the grocery store. We are what we are...a team building for the future. This team is good defensively, good on special teams and building on O. Better off than the Buff fans here and Chi fans here that think they're team is playing in a SB in Feb only to be jonseing tee times with the Fins...relax, buddy. We are in good shape. Fire Jeff Ireland and continue to build!

    But its a PLAN
Whats the excuse for Buff? Built for this year and get a 48 spot put up against them? I wouldn't even comment, but the arrogance of certain fans on this board have left me no choice...
There is a plan...gotta have patience...been 39 yrs since our last championship, whats another 3-5 yrs?
