But exactly what is the plan? It's not like we brought in any good players this year. Rather, we've gotten rid of Vonte Davis, Clyde Gates, Yeramiah Bell, Brandon Marshall, and probably some other guys that I can't remember but who will probably be better off wherever they are now.
But really, what's the plan? Was "draft Ryan Tannehill" step 1 in this supposed "plan"?

Ok, rewatched the Fins game and have 2 pressing questions:
1. Shouldn't the play-calling been altered to get RT17 out of the pocket WAY more (his strength)?
2. Shouldn't Jim Turner (OL coach) have told the OL to get DL's hands down - at least adjusted after that miserable 6 min stretch?
I saw a lot of positives, really. Feeling much better today than I was Sunday afternoon. Plus, I have to give some credit to the Texans...heck of a ball club over there!
Hopefully this "tipped ball nightmare" is worked on this week and the necessary adjustments made...
Our running game looked good, we were getting some super 2nd level blocks out of the OL - especially Pouncey - SP Teams looked good and there were some good things from a D standpoint to build on and be happy about.
Watching the Oakland game last night I believe the Fins have a real chance to win on Sunday.

How on earth can you rewatch crap like that? It was boring enough to watch live. I lasted till mid-way through the 4th when Tannehill threw underneath on like 4th and 7 to turn it over on downs.
1. Getting a guy out of the pocket isn't as easy as it sounds. With a crappy O-line (especially the right side), moving the pocket or calling designed roll-outs can be even more of a disaster than straight drop-backs. And ya GOTTA quit calling him RT17. It's just ridiculous.

He can be coached to get out of pocket and look for true passing lanes! If the Dolphins want to avoid the tipped passes, they should get Tannehill out of the pocket more often and call some more deep passes. 32 of his 36 throws came in the shotgun formation bro...
