    And it's funny because the first time I heard this song, which was a very long time ago back in the 90's, I loved it, it meant something but I didn't know what exacly. I also didn't know it was written by Eddie for his father back then.
    Then my dad died in 1998 and I remember the first time I heard after that I cried my ass off cause it reminded me of my dad so much and it became that PJ song for me, you know? I get emotional just by thinking about it.
    Then I found out the meaning of that song for Eddie. It blew my mind.

    :D I took the lyrics as literal advice, moved 200 miles, changed careers, started living life... Pearl jam give the best advice. Other tracks that mean a lot to me- Beegirl, Life wasted, Breakerfall, Sometimes, Small town, habit, Sleight of hand, In hiding, Release .. so many.
