    I guess that explains why Mike Sherman is there...or was he a part of the previous coaching staff.

    Sherman came along this year - after he was canned at Texas A & M (where he coached Ryan Tannehill) - rumor has it he was very instrumental in drafting RT17, and Philbin uses him as a sounding board / advice guy. Philbin is smart to have this guy on the roster - he knows football and is a WCO specialist.

    - 3 rookie WR's looking to make a statement (B.J. Cunningham, Rishard Matthews and Jeff Fuller ALL fighting for a roster spot.)
    - Even though Clemons and Jones have played decently at camp @ safety (a hole there now w/ YBell gone) - can Tyrone Culver or Jimmy Wilson lay some lumber and make a statement. (I like Wilson - great story and heck of a player)
    - Will Michael Egnew (TE) and Legedu Neenee (WR) shine with the lights on vs some competition other than the kind with the Fins logo on the side of the helmet?
    - Will Matty Moore help himself to snag the starter's spot out of DG's hands? Will RT17 elevate his status???
    - Daniel Thomas gonna pound it tonight? We need this cat to step up BIG time this year
    - What's the switch to 4 - 3 on Coyles defense look like? Cam Wake gonna disrupt for sure, but who stands out on the other side?

    David Garrard practiced all week, appeared to look really good...
    Word is he has had recent "knee surgery" and will not play, in fact he's not certain to start the season - leaving Matt Moore & RT17 battling for the starters spot... :fp: :roll: :cry:
    I hope "Hard Knocks" lets us know on Tues eve, because Miami's beat writers seem to be in hiding.
