Well I still have the energy to do the things I like to do, and now I actually have the money to do them. And the shoes! I can now surround myself in shoes  I remember in my early 20s I could only purchase 2 new pairs per season...and they had to be...*practical* (sob) Those were sad, sad days

and what they say about women in their 30's is true...so you won't get any complaints out of me 8-)

Hmm, what exactly do they say about women in their 30s? And what makes you type it in such a small font?
That we can't get enough of...our careers :shifty: That's all you're getting out of me

I like some things about getting old(er)....yes, women in their 30's are...hmm..a lot less inhibited, and a little less crazy? :P
I gotta say tho...in my experience...there was a much bigger selection in my 20's.
Find a good one that decade, and keep her
Preferably one in her 30s ;)

Few grey hairs and new wrinkles, and perhaps slight thinning of hair.

Just turned 29. Can't believe this is the last year in my 20s.
Same here. I think some of my friends are freaking out about turning 30. Doesn't bother me at all...except for looking in the mirror and seeing that I already need to be using Just For Men.

Yeah, a few of my friends are as well. It doesn't really bother me too much. Nothing but weddings and babies lately w/ all of my friends and I. At least we'll have a lot of surprise 30th bday parties.

All you young whippersnappers don't know what you're talking about! "My last year in my 20s"

I must say...I LOVE getting carded.
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

I love it - when I was 29 I was DREADING turning 30, thought my life would end. But I have to say that thus far my 30's have been much better than my 20's. I have a great group of friends, I still party like a rockstar, and I've got the income to back it up  People take me more seriously in my job, which I never really got in my 20's.

*Also, what comebackgirl says about women in their 30's is completely and totally true
