    My shoulder hurts... My back is killing me... I take enough drugs for my heart (3 separate surgeries) to keep Merck in business forever... My sex life has flatlined and my kid called me embarrassing the other day...

    I had great panic attack on my 30th birthday....I think I was thinking my youth has come to an end and it's time to grow up. Just be prepared to not recover from workouts as quickly as you onced did and be prepared for when you bones start to snap, crackle and pop. :D

    My youth was so long ago I can't seem to remember it...that's the other thing that goes with age.
