Mitt Romney is a douchebag, and so are all of these other goons that you've cheered on this message board over the past six months.

    Rick Perry
    Newt Gingrich
    Chris Christie
    Herman Cain
    Rick Santorum

Fair and balanced. I now have top ten reasons not to vote for Barack Hussein Obama

    http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wOnHrAGKwJ4

It is election season, after all, so sharing one's political views -- however outlandish they may be -- is to be expected. But how about from a 6-year-old? Isaac Anthony counts down the 10 reasons why he thinks you should not vote for Barack Obama in a YouTube video posted by the conservative website Patriot Update. His list of reasons includes the fact that, in his opinion, Obama is "taking money from people who work hard" and "keeping people on welfare and food stamps." After Anthony delivers reason No. 4, "He wants to take guns away from good guys," he shoots his mock pistol at the camera.
Since Sunday more than 160,000 people have viewed the video, and as you might expect, it's been met with more than a little controversy. Some commenters on YouTube are calling the clip "sad" and "ignorant." Over on Twitter, most people are blaming the boy's parents, saying that it's an example of indoctrination. On the other side of the fence, viewers are commending Anthony, with one YouTube commenter writing, "He's smarter than half of Americans."

i could respond to each number individually but i don't want to waste my time. everyone else has already addressed it appropriately imo...

so i will just ask where is the top 10 list for every republican candidate that you have favored and started threads about?? in order i think the list is:

    1. trump
    2. bachmann
    3. perry
    4. cain
    5. newt
    6. santorum

    and then finally
    7. romney...

funny how your 7th choice is now your guy, because at one time each one of them was your guy

    Good point.
Usamamsan, are you just settling for Mitt?

Isn't this one of those things conservatives often complained about JFK- that he got elected on his good looks?

    11. he gave his entire inheritance to charity

    12. In 2011 he gave over $4million to charity

    13. never been a community organizer

    14. never attended a church whos pastor called for God to damn the US.

just becuase he gave inheritance to charity does mean that he did things himself. I have a feeling he might have used his father contacts to get things.
  • Choose any issue important to you.

gun control, marriage equality, tax reform, universal health care, animal cruelty...

Mitt Romney has held very many, wildly-contradicting opinions and positions on every one of them. Depending on what office he's holding, who paid for him to get there and who's paying for the one he wants next... he'll radically change his position on anything. Much like John McCain ran a campaign for president saying pretty much the opposite that he'd said for years.

If that's not a good reason to vote against him, I don't know what is.

Mitt Romney is a man with no personal convictions, he has a hard time giving straight answers to simple questions, and his record at Bain Capital speaks for itself. It's very obvious that he's concerned about personal profit and personal power, and not concerned about most people, only those that belong to the privileged class that he comes from.

But I guess none of that matters to someone who thinks having a background as a community organizer is somehow a bad thing.

it would be the funniest thing if it wasn't so sad ... it really is mind boggling how anyone could vote for this sleazebag ... the partisan divide really has the majority of the population indoctrinated ...

I find it mind-boggling how anyone in good conscious could vote for either candidate. Especially if you have expectations.

Too bad Paul was never a serious threat. But looking at the list above, I'm happy Romney came out on top (even though everyone knew he was a lock from the start). Especially since he was a 50/50 chance at being the next POTUS.

Although Herman Cain would have been one of the most entertaining POTUS of all time, rivaling even The Slickster. He has a little bit of Jackie Chiles in him.

yeah, they complained about obama being a rock star when they ran the most unhip, cranky, old man, with a dingbat as a running mate...funny how things that you attack the other guy on suddenly become desired traits

    15. Romney promises 12 million jobs in first term

    Mitt Romenys econimic advisors:

Projections are that the Romney plan would add between 0.5% and 1% per year in gross domestic product growth over the next decade.
Growth could be even stronger if hard-to-model gains from more effective regulation and decreased policy uncertainty could be captured.
12 million new jobs over just four years would be one of the strongest periods of employment growth in recent history, and require the economy to consistently add 250,000 jobs every 30 days for 48 straight months.
The quick turnaround would be spurred by the lower tax rates and drastic spending cuts that are the hallmark of Romney's plan.

If he's gonna have his people cook up some numbers why not promise 30 million jobs?

    why not promise a billion?

to me 12 million in the first term is just a pipe dream.

then again, with a republican in office the republican controlled house might actually hold a vote on any bill to create jobs.....
