    Im also there.
    Now, considering the fact that there *only*
    1000 km between Munich and Katowice,
    Id say train is not an option. Especially
    since there is NO DIRECT TRAIN to Katowice.
    So, I assume (by assume I mean I KNOW) lots
    of ppl will go to Katowice next day and if we want to
    make it on time (the door opens at 3 pm :eek: )
    we have to organize some kind of bus, prolly buses.
    So, I ask you, kind ppl from Bayern area :D ,
    could you ask around at the agencies and see if
    theres anything we can all fit it? :)

    That would make our lives a whole lot easier. Thanks!

    ill be there too, if i can convince my friend that she really wants to see them, so i hope to get tickets on monday.
    ive knowingly heard my first pearl jam-song two weeks after their gig in vienna last year, so... munich is going to be my first pearl jam-gig. honestly, im already a wee bit excited. :D

    @dercheef: cool, ich hab schon überlegt wie ich hinkommen könnte ^^ evt. könnte man eine fahrgemeinschaft bilden? ;)

    I am so going in Munich AND Katowice!

    my friend and i were looking at renting a car to take from Munich to Katowice. she said it was about $200 (USD) for an entire week. i think we'd be into sharing expenses if someone can hire a minibus. seems the drive is about nine hours from Munich to Katowice. can someone explain whether or not this would be the right way to go?

    It might be under 9 hrs. But it's a straight shot there. I'm close to doing the same two shows. Such pressure on what shows to see. lol
