Cartoons have a great way of taking an event & make a point of it. I'm all for having guns but keep them at home or at the range. No need to bring them out in public.

If Casey Anthony is any indication, the crazy media focus on the case could actually favor Zimmerman in his trial.

I predict a not guilty verdict in this modern day lynching.

Yeah, I think they're gonna be hard-pressed to find a jury that hasn't already made up its mind as to his supposed innocence or guilt...well, as unbiased as any jury could be.

Casey Anthony... OJ Simpson... media coverage is NO indicator of the result of a trial as far as I can tell.

Lynching involves someone being killed. Only one person has been killed in this case.

+1 Let's remember who the people we should feel really bad for are, i.e. the dead kid and his mother.

It's AN indicator (social media plays a part too - the older Zimmerman couple, anyone?) ...but, I was talking about general bias.

I don't think it will be fair as there does seem to be a lot of racial issues which often confuse dumb jury members. He's just another crazy person with a gun; nothing will change.

THIS case will be an uphill battle for the proscution to prove for sure.

His brother is on Piers Morgan right now. Not helping his case, imo.

And his name is Robert Zimmerman. Just like Bob Dylan.

alright, so trayvon's family and zimmerman are going to get their day in court.

that is all i was asking for, that the legal process begin and then run it's course.

How do you select a jury for this case? You literally have to grab people that are coming out of comas.

It's Florida. With the elderly population down there they can easily find 12 people who have forgotten every reported detail in this case by the time they pick a jury in 6-12 months and if they let Matt Bush drive around a little more they'll easily have 12 people in comas to choose, too. ;)
