Thanks everyone for the Bruce advice. I ended up going with behind the stage for night one and am still looking for tickets for night two.

Jake should make a great addition. If anyone needs an audience recording (not by me) of that emotional drive all night with him Eddie and glen send me a pm, it made me turn into a little girl. I never felt something that emotionally overwhelming in all the hundreds of concerts I have been to.

This is awesome, hadn't heard it before. I was at the Hartford show when Eddie found out Clarence had died, it was really odd looking back now. I'll be seeing Jake play with Bruce in a month!

Yeah, I was at Hartford also and that was odd. He was just talking about how they had played with them in 2004 and hoping he gets well and his guitar guy comes out and tells him. His emotions went to another level after he found out.

Still don't know why I didn't go see him on that tour.

I've decided Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band is the greatest band ever. The debates can now end.

    How dare you...

No, I could see the Beatles being at the top of the list. I've got 18 hours of Bruce's music on my computer at work and I've been listening to all of it as I've been working this weekend and am amazed at how much I like each album. I just think the quality of the musicianship is amazing, and Bruce is highly, highly underrated as a guitarist and songrwiter. He's still writing killer songs like The Wrestler 30+ years into it.

I definitely agree they are one of the greatest bands ever. Live, the best band, no doubt. Studio is amazing. From Greetings... to Born in the USA is an amazing run of albums. Not big on Human Touch and Lucky Town. The Rising is an unbelievable album. My favorite Bruce album.

I agree with you about him being an underrated guitarist, but I think people generally agree he is one of the best songwriters of all time. I listened to Magic twice today and was blown away by it. Haven't listened to it much but that is one hell of an album.

Bruce trading solos with Paul McCartney, Dave Grohl, Joe Walsh, and Paul's two other guitarists was sick.
