    the fair is to mail all members ..to give 2 days time..all want tic,to get them after all this situation
    amnd find the way to sort with tix companies,promoter ,whatever..
    end of story.
    all 10c members to have the chance get tix for the shows as a reward of the failure
    i dont care even they cancel the orders already take place,mine as well..

    Cancel orders that went through successfully? They cant do that. There would be uproar and rightly so. If you got sorted through Crowdsurge and have paid for your tickets then fair play. Its the shit that happened afterwards that needs sorting / attention from 10c.

    Just a suggestion: Would it be possible to have some sort of system that resembles buying our tix at an actual box office?...you know, log in (get to the "box office"), get put in a queue, wait your turn and when you get there, place your order, pay and leave, i.e. everyone who gets served, gets served in full until they run out of tix. No danger of getting tickets snatched out of your cart or being turned down when you want to pay...that never happens when you buy tix at an actual box office.
    The key shd be the queuing....ystday's "we're experiencing heavy demand" bullshit msg (it never refreshed automatically) was never reassuring since I didn't genuinely know whether I was in the queue.
    if I keep holding out,.... will the light shine through?

    according to crowdsurge, they told me PJ management are in process of deciding whether to re-distribute tickets via another source or e-mail those how should of had tickets.

    How the fuck this will work god only knows? As someone said previously they should have records of those who had tickets in there cart?
