+1 We would like explanations, just like there were no explanations related to the PJ20 tickets when people score those behind close doors from this website.

Behind closed doors = those people saved the link to the exact ticket page. There's the explanation.

We already know why he did what he did. People bought too much and they were trying to be fair. I don't know what other response you will get. Sometimes you make mistakes though that you can't take back.

Complete and utter lack of planning and comminication. The 10c put these for sale yesterday and should honor the parameters they themselves set in not having a limit and not stating 1 per member. Time and time again, mismanagement and unprofessiionalism is demonstrated.

so after praising Tim B publicly on the forum when he called you to personally apologize about the mix-up on your VIP tickets, you STILL cannot be a man and forgive the mix-up and have to bring it up again and again?

i have forgiven...its metaphorical though....this is a LARGE band....they have too many LARGE screw ups

Mfc and others I am not stating members are being negligent, these mix ups that seem to be happening more and more are an act of negligence from the bands management and spokespeople. I agree with you, and I was trying my ass off to get tickets in that exact manner....
  • just a question sawyer

the extra copy you bought for your friend, is he a 10c member?
  • if they said no limit, there was no limit. however, if they change their minds... which is absolute bullshit... then they have to use some sort of logic. i mean, cancel the idiot that ordered 27 of them, not 2.

Correct. It's not relevant but my friend is a 10c member. He could have bought one himself today when they went back up onsale... he didn't need to, we were told the multiple orders were being honoured and now he misses out cause of 10c's f**k up.
