I think that by them posting that it was limited edition and members only is the same thing as saying limit one per customer. I assumed that's what it meant. Do they really have to spell everything out? No explanation necessary.

Santos specifically posted on here earlier today stating that yesterday's multiple orders were going to be honored. Just recently, he posted again saying he was changing his mind and all multiples would be cancelled.

So no one can order more than one copy of the Deluxe Edition DVD either.

Come on man, they are obviously two different things. Thats why some items say one per order, yet most don't.

No it's not. The backpacks stated "1 per member", this did not. They have the ability to limit sales on the site for any product, so they should do that if it truly is to be restricted. Yesterday it said nothing more than it was for members only. If you publicly state that multiple orders from yesterday will be honoured and you then randomly cancel orders once a sale has finished... that is unethical. Period.

Actually, those are two completely different phrases with completely different meanings. Nothing is to be implied. State the stipulations and honor them.

Especially in a litigious society such as this one... there is a reason that take-out coffee cups state that the contents may be hot... whereas any intelligent person would derive that, naturally, hot coffee is... well... hot... but it still must be stated.

Seriously? This is the single most valid complaint I have ever heard on the boards. There was NO limit when they posted this last night. 10C needs to give us an answer on this one. Easily.

Come to think of it, I think I got your PJ20 VIP tickets for Night 1. My 10c tix were in Section 102 Row G, which if I am not mistaken, was the same section/row you had before it was taken away. They were GREAT seats by the way. :thumbup:

I think it's more than there being no limit last night. Santos actually said yesterday's orders would be honored. Then a few hours later he said he was no longer going to honor them. *THAT* to me, is wrong.
