They did nothing about that and I and others complained vehemently and nothing was done about that. So after last week I suppose I learned that fairness is not something to automatically expect around here?

What about the people that bought 2? Sorry, but there really is no excuse for this. If there were a lot of people that bought 25 (you don't even know that there are you are just making it up) then Santos should not have posted that yesterday's sales would be honored.

But this is a business... and a business should conduct itself in an ethical, logical and professional manner. Personally I don't buy the "it's just a fanclub so it doesn't matter" and people make excuses for it. I didn't know that people were able to buy multiple backpacks... I ordered one. And that's yet another f**k up right there. I'm sorry you missed out.

Explanation is it should have said 1 per customer. I would have never thought of buying more than 1. If I did it would have been for the greedy practice of flipping. I had so much limited edition merch at pj20 in my hand at pj20, as i went in on Saturday at 11 am and i said no. No i see all that shit at $300 a pop. This is what tim just prevented and got the merch in more fans.

You bought 2 and wished to trade 1... fair enough. I really don't have a problem with that. I'm having a real difficult time believing that you bought one for a friend and that you're upset now because they are going to be sad.

Sure there are some noble people who bought a 2nd copy for someone else, to you guys I feel sorry...

But you gotta ask why would most people buy more than one? To give it to their mum, dad, sister brother and dog for Xmas? No way

The majority of people who bought multiples (and again, I feel sorry for people who did by an extra for a friend) will flip them... I think changing the conditions of post-sale sucks, but at the end of the day, limiting it to one per customer was the right thing to do....

10c were probably faced with multiple flipping fucks ordering several copies. They had to draw the line somewhere.

One per customer, now and into the future is the right thing to do. I have no answer for this situation, I didn't follow what happened. I didn't want Backspacer on black vinyl so a color change didn't change my mind.

The one problem I did have with this however, and remember I had no interest, was the heads up on Facebook. We're all members to this site and we pay for it. We're all not on Facebook. Why should they get a heads up? Board rules say no cliques, but being "Friends" with Santos on Facebook seems to be a clique to me.

But really it doesn't matter. As people have said before, they can't please everyone. I love all the 10c does for us and really do feel bad when shit happens. I hope this all works out for everyone.
