Hopefully people are done begging for Gardner to hit leadoff.

I like him at the 9 spot. He's good as a second lead off hitter.

4th multi-home run game for Martin. Another 3 hit game for Jeter and he's up to exactly .300!

from the fifth through the eighth, the Yankees were 15-for-22 with 13 walks and 14 runs. That's like a really good round of batting practice.

Yeah, plus it seemed like the Yankees had the bases loaded the entire game.

I had a feeling Granderson was gonna hit that one, unbelievable game. Fuck batting average, he's the MVP.

I think I've said it here before, but Martin was great pick up this season.

Yeah, his average kind if sucks but overall a great year. Done a great job with the pitchers and had some big hits, good power. He'll be back next year while they break montero in.

I was just thinking this too as I was reading the game recap. I like his energy. Wonder if they'll keep him around?

I am pretty certain he will be around next year as they break Montero in. I think it would be smart.
