I'm saving for PJ21! I hear it will be bigger and better than PJ20... Let's get this hype machine going full steam ahead like the 5/21 rapture!!
I truly believe the only way to make this mess up the fans would be a full fledged world tour, hell even throw some shows on the schedule for the South...If there were no Angels would there be no sin?0 -

well, i guess i'll take a couple more hours off of work tomorrow (unpaid, of course), so that i can come home and have the 10 club and it's shitty computer problems kick me in the balls again (only about the 20th time since beneroya hall vinyl).
Who would pay for a membership to 10 club if ticketmaster was handling the tickets? Theres your answer why.
it's called a presale code, [rude comment removed]. ten club gives you a code to use for the ticketmaster presale. please stop trying to answer my questions if you have no clue what you are talking about. There's a trapdoor in the sun.0 -

The complaining has nothing to do with the band, [rude comment removed] They (10 club) made a real stupid decision by pushing the canadian dates one day, it makes 0 sense, anyway you look at it. You probably dont care because you wont be going...0 -

Shit happens...whatta ya gonna do.
Be thankful for what you have. With all the natural disasters around the world this year we should all be very understanding when something like this happens. Everyone is still alive and in one piece to try again another day.
Does anyone know if you can put the two Toronto dates in your cart at the same time or will they have to be purchased in two separate transactions?
I totally forget how it worked the last time they did two in a row in Toronto.
I still love ya tenclub!Oh dear dad

Same here. Had tix in cart, got to confirm address page and then timed out. So, am I officially in the check out process? Do I stay up all night refreshing? This whole thing is incredibly annoying. I specifically booked off Tuesday from work so I could snag tickets for the Canadian tour. Now that it's postponed I'm not sure I'll be able to get tickets, as I don't have Internet access at my job. And I'm also working on Friday morning during the public on-sale. So it looks like I'm s--- out of luck. Bravo, Ten Club!

I keep refreshing and getting the "The connection has timed out.The server at secure.pearljam.com is taking too long to respond." Is that what y'all are getting?0 -
Just remember. No matter how bad you think your day went and this presale went, some poor web guy had a way worse day than you did.
As a matter of fact, I'd venture to guess everyone at 10c had a much worse day.0 -
I can't help but laugh at the people complaining about what the 10C has done. Especially the ones who booked a day off work to buy concert tickets. They're doing the best they can and well sorry they couldn't fix things to suit your specific needs. Times like this I'm glad I start work really early in the morning and finish relatively early in the afternoon which gives me plenty of time to get home and buy my tickets... no need to book a day off work or alter my life0

I'm 99.9% sure Tim say at the round table that you have to complete your sale for the first date and then go back in to get the second date.0 -

I haven't even been able to get back to my cart or anything since shortly after the on sale time. I closed out all the windows I had up when trying for the tix earlier and now I am trying to load straight to the cart links that other people have posted on here. Let's just hope there's a lot of 10club ticket's to go around for these Canadian show's. What I don't understand is every hour on the hour fan's right now are scoring 10club ticket's for Alpine Valley. So many new posts here on the board plus on my Facebook "new's feed" friends are just now getting in & scoring tickets. How is this possible & why are they postponing the Canadian 10club ticket's if they already know fan's can still purchase Alpine Valley tickets?0 -
Those who were already in the check-out process,
stick with us and we're going to try to process your order.
-- Those who aren't already, give it a rest tonight so we can get those who are officially in the middle of the check-out process checked out and work on the site.'96: Seattle: Key Arena

lifewastedinhiding wrote:Canadian sale should go on as planned tomorrow. The Alpine sale is done for the day, why not put it off a few days, and let people who didnt get tickets make real plans to try again (2 hours notice tomorrow? really?) People have already taken days off for today and tomorrow. Plus the Alpine public sale isnt until June 4, thats plenty of time to make things right for the Alpine 10c sale. It only makes sense!
Agreed. I'm not buying Canadian sale tickets, but that way it doesn't screw everyone up, not to mention they are going to need MUCH more time to "figure this out" anyway. So why not take that time, maybe miraculously fix it and its a win win. You know nothing will be better tomorrow.0 -
10C fucked up BIG TIME on the Alpine sale. That being said..........to the people complaining that they postponed the Canadian on-sale......are you kidding me? You want this to happen all over again tomorrow??? They've obviously done what they had to do. In my opinion, they should have postponed it a freaking WEEK to make sure it's going to work. I mean, it's not even fixed NOW. :?
If I don't get 10C tix for the CDN sale, it will suck, I'll be pissed, but hey, I'll still get em through TM hopefully.Gimli 1993

Just remember, no matter how bad you think your day went, the midwest is being ravaged by tornadoes again and again. I always say everyone is entitled to their own "stuff", we all have a right to be upset, but when you go to sleep tonight (if you choose to), don't go to sleep angry and put it all in perspective.
