    I had them in my cart off and on all day, now it won't load anything after this update. I am assuming this means I am SOL. Somebody REALLY needs to do a better job clarifying what "finish your order" means SPECIFICALLY.

    I hope this includes me. I entered my credit card information, but could not load the next screen.

    That surely means that they don't have any data on my card passing through their system. How can they rectify this?

    The tickets were in my cart. I've been trying since before Noon to log-in, get tickets, enter information - all to varying degrees of fail. :cry:

    So i had to lose a day of work tomorrow for the Canada ticket sales and now i have to lose a 2nd day of work for tickets on Wednesday!!!!

    Same as me. I entered my CC info and hit submit. Then it froze out. No confirmation from 10C, no activity on my CC either. I know a lot of people are in the same boat. Does this include us or not?

    I feel bad for everybody in this situation, the fans and 10C. It's just little supply for so much demand.

    for those asking, in the past, if your ticket order is in your order history then you have secured purchase...i can't guarantee if that is the same in this instance, but i believe it is

    What a frustrating day 10C.
    I am now newly frustrated, after not knowing if I'm in limbo or not after 8.5hrs, that the Canada sale is Wednesday. What a gong show. I'm planning on going to lots of shows, but alas i work 12 hours on weds, so what fun i'll have tomorrow trying to get a fellow 10clubber to help me out and spend their whole day on my behalf. aiya. I don't suppose we could have a few canadian shows Tuesday night eh?

    So, I have a situation that is somewhat like others, but they all seem to vary a little (in order history, no email, entered cc, no charge, etc). Just as the site was "closing" but before I saw that message, I was about to give up for a while at least to rest my hands but magically i got through. I got all the way to the confirmation page and was sent a confirmation email. However, I can't tell if it's been charged to my cc yet (if I do the math right, I think there is a pending charge), and I can't get back to the order history page. So do I have them? Are they going to be taken away? Just for safety's sake I screen shot the confirmation page so I can email it or what have you but I just don't know what to do. I was so happy I cried when I got through the pages but now I can't decide whether I have tickets or not without being able to see order history. I guess in the past I've relied on the confirmation email but with this, I just don't know if I should?

    Am I good?

    And for folks who don't have them, stick in there. It took me many many hours but somehow it seems to have come through.

    Maybe I'm overly optimistic, but we should be fine. There is no reason for them to wipe the slate clean of anyone with cc and order history, moving them to the back of the line, when they are going out of their way to help the people without those things. And the fact that there are PLENTY of tickets available still.

    I actually emailed the 10c about this earlier today and received a reply I was told "if the tickets are in your order history you are good to go". I then proceed to my order history and took a screen image of the tickets in my order history.

    If it is in your order history you should be sweet. If it is not, you may have difficulties

    I hear ya. I booked off also and I don't have internet access at work. Why do I have the feeling that this IT fuckup won't be resolved before they go on sale to the general public?

    Me too, booked tomorrow off now have to try and get Wednesday off instead?? Do they not realize we have jobs, and most employers won't let us spend hours online during the workday? Do they not care that many of us took a day off work to try for tickets and now we are screwed?

    UPDATE: I had tix in my cart for the better part of the afternoon, and I just now was able to get through and buy them. If your situation is the same, there's hope for you yet this evening. Keep the faith...9 hours in and I was rewarded.
