Someone explain in the checkout process, at 12:09CST i was in the confirm address screen, to me thats the check out process. So are they going to back this up? Or does this mean only people in the check out for the confirm purchase page? Like many, I took a 2 hour break from work and will not be able to do this tomorrow, where the IT people have blocked the website. This is not PJ Bands fault, it is management and web designs fault, something has to be done to rectify this situation

"You cannot checkout with an empty cart.

Your cart was not updated because PJ20 WEEKEND RES/GA TICKET PACKAGE is restricted.

You have exceeded the maximum order quantity for this product group."

I could not put any tix in my cart for over 3 hours and instead got the 3 messages above. Why was I restricted, yet there is nothing in my order history?

Yup, in the same boat as most of you, made it to entering my CC info then unable to get back on for the past 15 minutes. Unfortunately there's no pending charge on my bank account, but now I'm wondering if I should stick with it or give up and wait until tomorrow.

I have had my travel package in my cart for hours and trying to checkout, does his include me? :shock: I get having to refresh my way through the process and was almost there when this happened. Will I still get the contents of my cart?

derbydave - check your credit card account to see if there's a pending charge. it's not a guarantee, but it will at least tell you it was submitted. the order status page is your best bet, but is probably crashing hard still.

I used my debit card and it hasn't been charged to my account yet...I got to the checkout screen 3 times and each time I entered my info, it dumped me out to an error message!!! Does that mean I'm out of luck?? :ugeek:

-- If it's working at 8am PT, we'll provide a time for when the on-sale will resume, which be AT LEAST TWO HOURS later, so that everyone has time to prepare.

Hello? Obviously no consideration or respect for people who have jobs. At 8am (when people are either at work or on their way) they will say if the site is working, and if so, the sales will commence at least 2 hours later (at 10am, again, when people are at work, especially if they already took today off to try for tickets).

It's almost like they want the scalpers to get all the tickets.

Goddammit. I booked tomorrow off work to make sure I could block off the time to get the Canada tickets, now I'm screwed as I think I'm already booked for a meeting Wednesday for the onsale time. I don't care about the PJ20 tickets, so they should be the ones postponed. This server blows!!

So where do the people who have the authorisation on their card, but the confirmation page is still loading? Can't you just hit the 'go faster button'? Would love some confirmation so i can relax, or cheer, or cry.

Would have thought that since the PJ20 site itself is served of Amazon cloud that this would have worked. But was the secure/cart part of it on the cloud as well? seems not... *edit* so the SSL bit is on EC2 as well...#EpicCloudFail

im in this same boat. All day long I had a travel package in my cart... Got the address screen about 50 times, but was never able to advance a step.

I wonder if my cart will still have the package.

I hear ya. I booked off also and I don't have internet access at work. Why do I have the feeling that this IT fuckup won't be resolved before they go on sale to the general public?

It seems from reading here and on Twitter that there are a lot of people -- myself included -- who DID NOT reach the confirmation page or get an e-mail but DID get charged on their credit card and have the order in their history. Can we get clarification? Are we set or not? Or is this one of the issues being addressed and check back in the morning?
