And if 10C tells you you're getting seats guaranteed better than the "commoners", damn right you should get seats better than the commoners. The 10C is a business and naturally should be attempting to service their clients if they aren't happy, and trying to write wrongs. You are insulting a person because they made a purchase, did not receive what they were promised, and are voicing their dissatisfaction. Does that really seem right to you?

    I wont add to the complaint. Im 162xxx and I was in section 103, probably right where I belonged. sorry for the fellow 162-4's that were so far away

    We didn't care where we were. :confused:

    I'm like you, I'm just happy to be there.

    Plus it everyone seems to forget Grand Rapids in 06' That was one of the best shows of that tour, and so far this sounds like one of the best on this tour so far. ;)

    Uh oh, sounds like someone is a little frustrated that their "ticketing system" doesn't work so well....

    I feel your pain brotha....I am 18XXXX and have been absolutely BONED several times...

    Don't expect an explanation, you won't get one...

    I just go to the show expecting the worst seats...it helps with the disappointment when you finally get them....

    Theres a reason we are in the fan club, we love the band and appreciate the "perks" that go along with it. It would be nice to finally figure out a system that works...

Last time I checked, right as we speak there is still a war going on, a catastrophic flood in the Midwest, and thousands of families are facing forclosures on their homes. Bet you go ahead and make that call to the 10C. How dare they make you almost sit in the lawn section. Those bastards!

    If the lottery tickets were switched by the will call and replaced with shit tickets, where we were would make sense. Wouldn't the 10 Club know exactl where we were to sit? I'm sure if someone did something to warrant being banned, theyd know who was supposed to be sitting in those seats.

    you could always join new kids on the block's fan club. they seat by seniority, and there's not that many active members as of today. in other words, your 164xxx could score you seats within the first eight rows, easy.

    The poster is mad & rightfully so. So do you have anything else to contribute to the discussion, Kat? Like maybe, "We're very sorry this happened. 10club staff is looking into it to find out what happened & see that is doesn't happen again." Oh I don't know, maybe something along those lines. :rolleyes:

    & To those who are complaining about people "bitching." We are told we are getting a certain something & have every right to be upset or disappointed when we don't receive it. We'll see how unnecessary or whatever complaining is when it happens to you. :)

    The Ten Club ticket system is fine. Sure, seal the tickets when they are put in the envelopes. Past that, the system is fine. Mistakes happen.

    This is the first serious thread I've read since I joined this board about a significant amount of tickets being switched. Sounds like an isolated incident to me. Sure, there may be one or two cases here and there were tickets are switched by a non-TC employee, but such is life. If 98% of the TC ticket process runs smoothly, it is fine.

    If you want the Ten Club to ramp up their ticket system, you may have to pay for it, and we've seen what $7 shipping costs do to people here.

    Now, if I don't get front row at MSG II in my fourth and final try at the lottery this year, there will be HELL to pay!
