Does anyone wanna go "halfs" on making a donation? If so I'll make a donation tonight and buy tix ASAP? Basically we'd be splitting the risk that the tix are or aren't sold out.
Let me know - send me $50 right now and we got a deal..I'm 100% legit.
Or, if you made a donation and can order another pair please let me know and I'll throw $50 your way for the other half of your donation.0 -

still, this show has not been announced anywhere... so i dont think many scalpers were awares...yet anyway)
I HAD banked on another show, though I thought it'd be a 3rd in Boston..that's why I was leaving only on the 2nd0 -

makes me wish i wasn't skipping mansfield II now...but too late.i was 'only' going to do 3 shows, DC and both MSGs...then when they added the saturday mansfield show, decided to add hartford and mansfield I. now with the beacon...i shoul'dve gone for II. such an addiction! eh well, i'll go back to work for two days and then i am taking off the day after the beacon...and then firm-sponsored holiday for thursday and friday.....so a nice 5 day weekend!
we need a POST-show party for after the beacon.....send off the last show with a BLAST!
those still waiting for initial call-backs...i know how frustrating it is, but lucy and co. are VERY thorough/dedicated.....i think you'll all get your tix!
I'm sure Babs will be the same.0 -

right but i was just trying to explain - other than the 0 announcements and 0 scalpers, and ticket prices -why this one hasnt sold out yet like msgit's largely due to eddie that i liked to jump off of things as a child...0 -
husband saw an "official" announcement for it today on the web. Maybe it'll sell out now since a lot of people don't know about it.
wish I could go - a little too much $ for me. We are going to 4 pj shows this summer x 2 tickets to each. Plus, we'll probably spend more on the gas getting there than the tickets themselves.
To all those that are going - enjoy - I'm sure it will be very memorable. (as I'm sure MSG will be - my first time there!!!)"I knew all the rules, but the rules did not know me. Guaranteed."

The biggest reason why this has not sold out (if it indeed has not) is that instead of an automated ticket website where everyone who wants one logs in and buys tickets, there is ONE person taking down name and CC info
MSG wouldn't sell out in a day if that's the way the tickets were done either0 -
There must now be two people b/c I got a call back around 4:15 this afternoon by Laura who hooked me up w/ tix.
She also was saying that they never expected so many calls. it's not just about pearl jam and pearl jam fans. thus, no heads up from 10c.
that's a load of crap. If it was a solo EV thing, I would agree with you. This, however, is a PJ show, therefore it -is- PJ related and by default, 10C should have notified the community. If 10C doesn't agree, PJ should hire a PR firm to notify their FANS of shows such as this.0 -

no, its just one $100 minimum donation for the opportunity to get up to 6 tickets. that $100 is also tax deductible which is nice. then you just get how many out of the 6 tickets that you want. also, you can give the 100 dollar donation when you are purchasing your tickets like I did.

And how fast did the 10c garden tickets sell out?!?!?!?!!? This place holds 2800 people dude - the tickets would have been gone in 5 seconds and everyone would have been pissing and moaning as usual....................
Having said that, I don't understand why people who have called after I did and made their donation after I did are hearing back before me?.........

if you just gave them your credit card info/address/stuff like that today, you will probably get a call or email tomorrow mid-day. I got an email because she needed the expiration date on my card that she forgot to take down and then she replied 5 minutes later saying i was confirmed.0 -

I don't visit this place daily and ONCE AGAIN, I am penalized. I had no idea of this show and given the posts in this thread, it looks like the USUAL clusterFUCK... PJ really needs to hire some professionals.0 -

people tend to forget that just cause some of us may be members of the 10c, regardless of how long we have been loyal fans - neither the tenclub, its employees nor the members of pearl jam itself owe us anything. people have this false notion that since we are in the 10c we are entitled to something...
...this is a benefit show... run by the robin hood org... since pj isnt handling the ticket sales for this one, at such a small locale they didnt need to advertise it... can you imagine scalpers infringing on this one?... scalping tkts for a benefit show... who does that benefit besides the scalpers pockets??? surely not the intended recipients of this aid...it's largely due to eddie that i liked to jump off of things as a child...0
