    MAYBE not. Moreland(first baseman), would've been holding the runner on, and he MAY have been able to make a play on that ball. Since ther was NO runner on, he's playing back and off the line(which he should be doing).

    well boys ..it was a good ride

    no hitting this series isn't gonna work

    i knew tampa bay was the better way to go


    time to regroup for next year..we looked old

    big decisions to be made

    Good season, guys. Enjoyed talking about the Yanks with all of you.

    The Rangers are a great ballclub this season, and deserved to win. Congrats to them, they're an excellent organization with a bunch of classy guys and it looks like it's going to stay that way for a while. This loss hurt a lot, but we weren't as good as we were last year, and our less-than-stellar starting pitching and lack of clutch hitting were bound to get to us eventually.

    The Rangers gotta be the favorites to win the Series, no matter who they play.

    He really should have. Give him a chance to start.

    I kind of blame the front office also. They decided to not resign Matsui, which was a huge mistake. He would've been fine at DH. They also decided to not go after Halladay. They have work to do during the offseason. Steinbrenner would've started tomorrow. They better go after Lee and not lose out on the battle to get him.
