Pretty good show. Not that best I've seen, but great energy from the guys and Ed seemed rather jovial.

Took my mother to the show with my other Ten Club ticket for her birthday and we were both very surprised to see that we had gotten second row seats right near Mike. It was her first Pearl Jam concert and my third, the first since St. Louis in 2004.
We both enjoyed the show heavily and I managed to snag a pick for her as a memento.I figured it was time to change my sig.

What a nice early mother's day gift. Hope my sons do that for me when they're old enough! It's nice to be nice to the nice.0

AWESOME SHOW, i got worse seats than i expected from 10C but at least I was there. (member since 2000, row 19). I took a little video, once i figure out how to get it off my camera i'll post it.Down in the hole, Jesus tries to crack a smile beneath another shovel load.0

Great show. The day of traveling was the worst trip but got to meet a few great people. One of the guys I meet was Ben he was a huge fan I think he said it was his 94 show he was such a genuine person. The guy I sat with at the show he was one of the lucky ones to win the lottery. I was in my orignal seat which I got from MCStarr, by the way thanks I hope it was a great show for you, when the guy from my flight texted with the winning the lottery news so I went back outside and then I bought his extra ticket too then gave my stub to some guy that was sitting in the upper deck. So I helped out a few people and got to treat myself even more then I ever expected. I have been to many shows in my life but to finally get front row for PJ made my life complete. I have lots of pics so check me out on Facebook.

My friend caught a big wad of cake that Ed threw to her then she was just holding it and he looked at her smiled, and threw her the towel that he had wiped his face with. Best souviner! Oh yeah, I finally got to drink his wine.
I won the lottery, too. Front row center. I drank the wine and threw my t-shirt to Eddie to use to wipe his hands and face, but my throw was short and it landed in front of the amps! Eddie handed my friend one of his tamborines. It was awesome! I am still high!0

Great energy from crowd and band. Solid balance of hits and not hits. Delightfully surprised by No More. Best had to be either Present Tense or Rockin' in the Free World.0

The energy of the crowd was insane. Eddie mentions this in St Louis, they were scared of the initial reaction. Awesome show.0

Firstly KC is a most lovely city, it is the city of fountains. The local people so friendly, the food wonderful, especially Jack Stacks. The homes, stone bungalows reminded me of the architecture in Milwaukee.
We took a drive in the countryside unbelievably beautiful. Rolling hills of green, beautiful blue skies, warm sunshine, a nice strong breeze. Met a pretty horse brown and white and a couple cows. The lilacs were in bloom. I would love to go back to KC someday, it is a city to be proud of for sure.
The hotel, the Westin just gorgeous, thank you for the great deal as the earth to the sun. The balconies were closed down but they hooked us up with one that opened in the tree tops overlooking a berm with a great big bunny whom I had cocktails with and shared a bagel Lots of local birds too. A memory to hold is the blue jay drinking out of cement holes too funny, just the tip of his tail to be seen and he's a big bird! Lots of local birds too. The evening lightning storm, that Eddie mentions on the stage, was spectacular, especially listening to Pearl Jam on the balcony with the anticipation for the concert the next night. I need my science guy here again. I've got more questions, like all the lightning but no thunder?? Very cool.
This concert was the concert of great fans. I will cherish the memories of all the great people we met.The crowd was great. My view was tough and no screens available to watch but the girl in front of me was filming so I watched her phone a bit ironic after the thread here. Half way through the show the crowd parted just enough and I was in perfect line with Eddies microphone in row 28. It was nice to see him again. ironic after the thread here. So a  to all my new friends, I am a lucky girl. It is the best thing about Pearl Jam, the coming together of hearts in this common love, a love of the music. And it was great! Come on Hartford!!0

Yep, I caught the cake and the towel. Better then that? The eye contact and smile from Eddie as he tossed it to me. I can now die A happy woman. Buried with the towel of course!0

I can honestly say without question the cake does glow along with the towel Ed was kind enough to throw my way. His laugh and smile...unforgettable!AR112797 wrote:dasvidana wrote:Does all that he touches glow with an aura?
As far as the pick goes, in my eyes, yes, but I can't speak for the cake 0 0

I hope the memories of that incredible night keep you safe and bring you home soon. Thanks for all you are doing.tasty wrote:What a show, what a night.
Picked up my tickets from willcall, telling my friend about the fan club seating plan, "I've sat in the absolute last row on the top and danced my ass off and it was the best show ever, wherever we sit will be fun." Our tickets say row 1, my whole body gets tingly. We are both realists, (we say), this could mean anything... We head down, the escort grabs our stubs, "are you guys ready?" and we start walking, and walking. and we start walking, and walking.
Dear god the absolute best night of my life! I got to see Mike play all night right in front of me what a friggin genius. Jeff was amazing, Eddie, what do you say, Eddie, what a soul...sometimes I think the songs have saved my life.
I just got my final orders on the way down to the show from Omaha, for Afghanistan, in exactly two weeks. The guys did all they could to brand a memory in my brain that will shelter me for the next year. Thanks guys.
 I love Pearl Jam!0
