PEARL JAM COLLECTORS BEWARE OF THIS SELLER ON EBAY

Hi,just thought Id let you know of someone on ebay running a scam on Pearl Jam items. I have been caught out and am waiting for a refund. If i am breaking forum rules,tough shit!!,but the ebay seller is shellane845. This twat has had 3 negatives on the trot,and is defintely running a scam(see feedback comments).My feedback will soon follow.
I am very very annoyed about this as i thought Id finally got my No Code(sealed) Lp at long last - my favourite PJ album as well,so you can imagine I am fuming!!!!! I am not even attemting to be the Hardman here,but if i lived in the States I would be after this bastard-believe me!!
So i thought Id let all you loyal Pearl Jam fans,that this is one of the many on ebay running scams ,so please stay away . :evil:

    I don't see the item you bought. Was it purchased a long time ago?

    It was No Code also sealed like the others. I won it a month ago.will leave feedback soon.

    eh? No Code was won,paid for and never received - no communication from seller either, Have been in contact with others who have given negative feedback to this seller and this was the same as what happened to them.

    if you paid with paypal, file a complaint with them (if you havnt already)... they will contact the seller, if no word they will refund what you paid for...ive dealt with a few deadbeat sellers on ebay and paypal always comes through
    it's largely due to eddie that i liked to jump off of things as a child...

    I got ripped off from one guy a long time ago, paid with paypal, and they came back and said they couldn't do anything.

    exactly... she's not dead. seriously, i understand being "positive" and "looking at the bright side of things" but, in the end with something like this, there is no bright side other than you learn to be more "careful". Hard to be more "careful" than buying from someone on ebay with ZERO negative feedback over the course of 3+ years isn;t it? In other words....

    fuck this seller no matter what the circumstances are. pah-toooey.

    I got screwed using paypal on ebay and filed a grievance and after about a month finally got my money back and the seller was pissed that I filed the grievance and they lost. they told me I should have worked it out with them, well I tried but they wouldn't respond to my emails so screw them, so I hope all works out in your favor!

    Thanks for your support my friends. I have now given seller negative feedback, and guess what shes received another one. Now last 5 feedbacks are negative,you would think ebay would act on this.
    Sadly looks like i am going to have to remove this post,getting threats from seller. Will probably remove when I know how!!

    the sad thing is that her feedback is 91%+ positive, and the unsuspecting/inexperienced buyer would not notice or think to click on the number to see details... she still has 3 live auctions..

    i'm curious what her threats are to the OP? she has been in contact to complain about YOUR actions?

    i'd be sympathetic even to a Creed fan, but you don't mess with pearl jam fans seeking vinyl!
