    Stone Gossard writes in his native language of English American only...he would never spell center like centre or realize like realise.

    Stone knows that as the word is predominately used in Scotland, then Scottish people would know how to both say it and spell it... ergo the word, as approved by Stone, is 'shitey'... the pronunciation of which is shy-tay.

    Stone Gossard only observes proper grammar and spelling and will not use "urban" words or spelling. When Stone is in Scotland he is nothing short of being a proper gentleman and will not stoop to slang terms.
