OMG!! CRISIS this morning. my #2 went outside before she left for work to do her usual dog duties and the little bugger was nowhere to be seen. she called and called him but to no avail. i heard her say oh no hes gone and despite my not wanting a dog in my house i felt bad for her and moreso for the toddlermonster who adores her 'buddy'. when #2 came inside i could still hear the toddlermonster out there calling him over and over til she had to leave for daycare with her mother. about an hour later i crawl out of bed cause i hear intense barking(some of it sounding puppylike) and go outside into the driveway and there he is. thinking he can take on the big dogs next door. i roused on him, not cause his disappearance was somehow naughty but cause he freaked his people out. i also fixed the fenceposts the dogs have dislodged to eable such escapes.
