    wrong. my two least-favourite tracks off BS. Obviously they were going to play their radio fodder the way the band's commercial direction has gone, but fuck, I was hoping for a GSMF or Supersonic or something UPBEAT.

    I thought the band sounded great; especially on "Just Breathe". "Unthought Known" is a great song...and it sounded good...but I would have loved to see them play "Supersonic" or "Gonna See My Friend"...that would have just killed...oh well.

    I don't know about anyone else...but I actually got kind of giddy seeing Eddie and Jerry talking there at the end...And the seeing the boys in a skit was cool too...

    All in all, I'm glad I stayed up.

    At least the band can actually play Last Kiss. Just Breathe is a cool song for Ed to play solo, not with the full band behind him

    um......are you me? :lol: I also wanted SS or GSMF, and I also got giddy watching Ed and Jerry chat after it ended. and yeah, even thought that particular skit sucked, it was neat having them in it.

    Wow....come on, people! How great was it seeing the best band in the world sing 2 AMAZING songs LIVE!?!? Appreciate. Respect. Enjoy. Damn. Uk rocked. Maybe it wasn't PJ of 94, but nobody's 20 years old Any more! They're experience and expertise is far greater than it ever was then. I for one am of the WOW response.

    just breathe was well performed, regardless of whether or not I agree with the song choice.

    same cannot be said about UK however. why are the boys so afraid to rock out??? in 06 we got WWS and severed hand.....and now we get a md tempo and an eddie solo perf. i thought PEARL JAM was doing snl????

    I don't get all the references "they ain't 20 anymore". Comparing past performances, to me, has nothing to do with their age, but has everything to do with their song selection.

    I didn't enjoy it at all. Too bad too, cause I should have gone to bed hours ago.
