    And the Phillies may not be in the World Series, nor not ever win one again.....Yeah, I'll be making more shows in the future. Sure, PJ may not be together in 20 years but I know I can see them(PJ) play in the spring/summer ANYWHERE. You're not from Philly so I don't see any reason for you to sympathize. I'm going to all four, but have now decided to sell the 28th. Don't think I can sell the 31st. Gotta be there. This is coming from a season ticket holder with game 5 tickets. Luckily game 3 on the 31st isn't a clincher, and hopefully they win the first two which makes the decision even easier . And I'm going to have the MLB app(which is glorious) going on the iphone during the show.

    To some people, sure, music is more important that sports, but some it's not. It's not something you can argue about. I saw 3 million people last year have the time of their lives because of a baseball team. THAT'S PRICELESS.

    I don't know too much about baseball, but if it were in the uk, and i had the choice between my footie team in a big cup game or PJ playing the last night of a historical venue, ON HALLOWEEN, and its shaping up to be quite a memorable night..... well there would always be another footie game. nuff said.

    All you people saying that it's just another baseball game or whatever should not be in this thread. You clearly don't get it. This is the Phillies' 7th World Series in 127 years! And Phillies vs. Yankees (prob) is the most exciting WS matchup in a long time.

    I saw this conflict months ago and specifically bought 10/27 tixx to avoid it. Go me! Now about that whole not sleeping the whole week thing...

    I heard Raul Ibanez asked Eddie to change the time/days of some of the shows to not conflict with the WS. How awesome would that be if the Saturday show was at 3pm. WS game at 8pm. and its Halloween.
    It would be the greatest day ever in Philadelphia.

    Supposedly Raul Ibanez is friends with Eddie and they use to hang out alot when he played for the Seattle Mariners.

    according to the midday show on 610WIP - Anthony Gargano and Glen Macnow have been talking about it alot the past few days.

    that would be major suckage. i'll be at the Flyers game until 3:30 or so. if they want to start the concert at 4 or 5 , then fine. but that would be weird

    In all seriousness, if they are playing NYY, it would be amazing if they could win the WS in 4, 5, or 6 games. Phils are definitely underdogs in this series, not by a lot, but still.
