    Called 'em and pleaded for some info. So the guy broke down and gave me a hint: The shows will be announced on a day that ends in the letter "y" between now and October. I asked if it was ok for me to share that info on the internettes and he gave me the green light. So, Thank You Tom!

    Can't be 10club. Just gave them a call. If it's Spectrum, they can only say it will be on a Friday or Saturday, ticket's will go on sale for them. When we will get word from 10club, we just have to wait here for an announcement! Which is really stressing me out cause I book early & plan ahead everything so I don't wait for the last minute.

    A gentleman told me not to stress out! I asked if we would get an announcement (day's ahead before ticket's go on sale or a right away type of deal like Toronto & Chicago ticket's, how they went for sale), but he said that they would not know. The 10club Community Board would let us know when new's goes down. D'oh! That mean's another stressful day! :(

    Albeit this is probably just drivel, but don't you think that the more shows a band plays (and sells out) at the same venue (playing dates close together), the greater the chance (and potential leverage) the band can muster more fan club seats.

    a fellow fan in the NJ/Philly area is saying that the reason for the delay is because fans who purchased tickets for the 10/30 show thinking it's the last show ever at the spectrum are upset at the possibility of another show being added, so they are hoping that anger dies down over time.

    totally stupid in my opinion, but seems plausible. why would the spectrum care of fans are upset? it'll be gone in a few months anyways.

    it's really upsetting that the 10C wont even show the fans a little consideration and give us an update as to what's going on. they are well aware that this topic is being discussed to death here.

    There's a lot to be said there - I could see some being mad that they add a show after what was billed as the last show there ever. It might be petty, but if you purposely fought to get tickets to that show and then they add one more it seems pretty lame to me.

    That said... I dont think PJ EVER billed this as the last show ever so its not on them. Also... if PJ really worried about angering a few people the album would be exclusive to Target. :lol:

    Maybe part of the deal is the Spectrum or a radio station got to officially announce it. Who knows.

    i call bullshit on that. cmon now, what is most worshipped in this good ole USA? money! so i highly doubt they are worried about 'upset' fans. besides which, MANY of the fans going to the 10.30 show soooo WANT 10.31 to happen! many bands say 'last show'...and then add shows....and so it goes. i think the delay is because....well i don't have a fucking clue. :P hahaha.

    i think 10c simply REALLY loves this lyric:

    I think this discussion has been done several times already. after 30-some pages, there isnt much left to say, except that anybody who buys tickets to anything these days and assumes that any promises are made is sadly mistaken.

    Exactly. They can tell we are all stressed as hell and completely unproductive at work. Don't they see they're doing the nation a disservice? Help us out so we can get back to work, pump money into the economy and right this ship.
