    Sounds pretty legit, I might have to come out from the West for these shows. Would be a lot of fun to see them in the same place for 3 nights again, ala San Francisco '06. I have been reading the Spectrum threads for some time now, but is there any concrete date for what will be the last show there? Will Pearl Jam be bringing the Spectrum down?

    Just looked on Wikipedia, they have that the last "scheduled" show is September 30. For what that is worth.

    Thank you. The power of good is exponential and things are turning out great all because of Ed taking a few minutes to talk about the yellowribbonclub.org. What an amazing chain of events for me, the wifey, and the group. The parents of the group are so excited and my phone hasn't stopped ringing.

    As for Halloween, I think I just better make sure both fanclub memberships in our household get tix for 10/31. Do a little 3 PM trick or treating and then head over to Philly with family!!

    a certain fan at the show friday was the luckiest SOB on earth. He and his wife sat front row, dead center for the show. The night before, a fan letter was passed back to Ed that included details on how Ed/PJ's activism and work in the community was the motivation to make that person help and raise funds for the Yellow Ribbon Club. The letter also detailed that the couple met because of a band, called Pearl Jam. So all of these events come full circle to a point in time and space because of Pearl Jam and who they are and what they do.

    Well, Ed talked about the letter and how he and the band were going to make a contribution to the YRC and little did Ed know that same lucky couple right in front of his eyes were the author of the letter Ed was discussing...
