    Question to anyone who cares? If they were to play Houston or anyplace in that region, how many shows do you think they would play? 1,2, or 3?

    Only ask because my mother-in-law lives down there and it would work out well with the misses. ;)

    Who knows, but for 2000, they played two in Houston, one in Lubbock and one in Dallas.

    In 2003 it was one in Houston, one in San Antonio and one in Dallas.

    Took a ride in the wildlife refuge this morning (listening to Lisbon II boot). Awesome spot in the South.

    Cool! What a great thing to do on the weekend. Such a break from life.

    Yesterday, we saw swallows (don't see them that often at home).We have a refuge (140,000 acres connected to Kennedy Space Center) that few people go to. Most people who live here don't even go. Most beautiful place on earth.

    I've seen bald eagles, otters, panther, manta ray, wild boars, whales and lots of pink birds down here... amongst other things (even a bunch of nude people).

    Too bad, PJ members are missing out too.

    Isn't that also a place to see Florida Scrub Jays? I would love the chance to see that bird in the wild. Pink birds? Roseate Spoonbills?

    I will be on a Audubon Society field trip to Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge.....winter home to thousands and thousands of waterfowl, hopefully including some Sandhill Cranes.

    Scrub jays - yes. You have to drive slow to avoid them!
    Yes to roseate spoonbill as well.

    We all drive slow to avoid the cranes - and they don't rush. Saw a family (have never seen a baby before) this past summer - they are in the around teh houses.

    Forgot to mention the nesting sea turtles - an amazing sight - all phases.
    The refuge is an amazing place.
