And funnily enough, I do watch Dexter. The thing is I've felt this way for many years and the reason I watch and enjoy the show is because I relate to Dexter in very particular ways. I don't feel this way just because I watch Dexter and have some sick delusion to be like him. Besides, he's a fictional character. There is very little grounding in real life. Just had to make that clear.

And anyway, I said tracking evil, not killing evil. I'm no killer. I may think like one sometimes, but I'm not one.

That is sad that you came here looking for support and I had to read through about 3 pages of extremely bad jokes and completely disrespectful responses to you just to catch up with the thread...

But from your posts it seems maybe you don't know what you're looking for, and if you don't know, how can you ever find it? (I know I am assuming here, and it is a harsh assumption) I know you make attempts to explain it but it still seems very vague, and that makes it a tough situation to really find answers on.

Even if the things in this world that give you a spirit aren't what people are used to, I am sure that taking what you love to do and finding people with like minded interests that way would definitely bring you a like minded person and would help you narrow this search. There is someone out there for EVERYBODY!

I am not dark or anything close to dark, but I do feel I have trouble finding a woman who shares the same values and that I could see myself spending all of my time with and being happy, and it is a disheartening process.

Sorry for the long read but I just wanted to get it out there. Just keep being yourself and someone will find you and love you for whomever you are, and don't lose hope!

I think it's a shame that people can't be themselves without being mocked and teased incessantly by people who, because they have no understanding of the situation, choose to make themselves feel "better" by bashing what they do not know.

well im not a killer and i do think like one, but sometimes during phases of what i like to call socially acceptable insanity i think like you. some people call it sane, i call it inane.

as for C22 we all know his modus is pushing peoples buttons and i also suspect there are more people on this board who know exactly what Perceptual is talking about yet choose to feign ignorance so they themselves dont look psychotic.

You made someone is obviously feeling alienated feel more alienated, and continue to make fun of him in other threads with names like serial killer, etc.

If I were to post a thread and then open another thread to see people were mocking me and making fun of me would probably not be the best feeling.

I mean dude come on I can understand if this was your friend or someone you know and are exchanging insults with but don't you feel any compassion whatsoever as you are typing up insults about him knowing full well he might read them?
