    So are we all in agreement that Nic Cage is a shitty actor??? I've been saying it for years and I get the same reaction form everyone: "I LOVE Nicholas Cage!!"

    OMG, he's the same douche in every movie! He went to the Harrison Ford School of Acting and minored in Keanu Reeves! He sucks a donkeys!

    I agree he has done ALOT of shitty movies, BUT......

    Adaptation is a freakin great movie and he was great in it (one of my top 10 movies of all time)

    .....he was also REALLY great in Lord of War and Leaving Las Vegas

    back to the topic - some of the worst movies I have ever seen: Armageddon, Transformers, House Of The Dead

    j/k, to each his own :)
    Help me out, I don't get it!

    edit - @ Todd76 - Transformers (the non-cartoon) is among the worst movies you've ever seen? I'm not saying it's a great movie, but if that makes your list you need to see more movies ;)

    I actually watch TONS of movies, I own over 300. Figured i'd go see Transformers in the theatre (shut off my brain and enjoy the eye candy) and I HATED it - almost walked out. I prefer my movies more artsy fartsy, but I can appreciate a GOOD blockbuster every once in awhile.

    I actually bought the animated movie shortly before the Micheal Bay movie hit theatres.
    haha, the only good thing about it was Weird Al's song, haha

    "Surf Nazis Must Die." Not that I disagree with the sentiment. ;)

    My uncle made me watch it back when Gilbert Gottfried hosted this b-movie program on USA. The family doesn't talk to him anymore.

    And that was the last thing he was good in, except maybe adaptation. his ability to choose completely shit movies over and over again flabbergasts me. how do you do leaving las vegas AND con air, snake eyes, face/off (and I LOVE hockey)? astounding.

    Poltergeist 3. Saw the first one and loved it, second was also good but the third, what the hell were they thinking? Piece of trash I'll never watch again that didn't do justice to the first 2 movies. Should have been a great trilogy but they had to make a hash of no. 3. Btw what has this thread got to do with Pearl Jam?

    Yeah but other then that and Adaptation what else is he really good in?
    {if (work != 0) {
    work = work + 1;
    sleep = sleep - work * 10;}
    else if (work >= 0) {
    reality.equals(false);
    work = work +1;
    }system("pause");
    return 0;}

    i'm only saying that because the person i quoted said he hasn't done anything good. i agree, most of his movies are rather shitty but you have to give credit where credit is due, and leaving las vegas was a stellar performance by him.

    Devil Wears Prada. War of the Worlds (Tom Cruise version).

    (I agree agree about N. Cage - he was amazing in Leaving Las Vegas - what happened?)
