100% agreed. Wait, maybe it was the new Indiana Jones movie... No, it was the Phantom Menace.

Yes the latest Indy movie is definitely on the top of my shit list. That was 2+ hours of my life completely waisted.

    Yeah it's a real film.

 Wow! Titanic.....overrated. I didn't like Transformers,I'm not into all that stuff. (Bash me all you want. it's not the worst ever, but it's not that good.)

  • In my opinion, the worst movie ever was "Mr. Brooks" starring the worst actor ever, Kevin Costner aka Mr. Happy Ending

Not worse but that was because Indy didn't have Jar Jar Binks. See I rate movies a little differently. A movie can be completely shitty but if my expectations are low upon seeing that movie there is no let down, hence it doesn't make my list. The movies that do make my list are those with high expectations that completely let me down, like the latest Indy movie. I waited 20 years for that movie and upon seeing it I wanted to kill someone, namely George Lucas. Same with Phantom Menace.

Then of course you have your gigantic piece of crap movie like Waterworld and the Postman who regardless of my low expectations are such pieces of crap that they have to be on the list.

That was a pretty bad movie but no where near worst movie ever. I still say that Titanic should hold that title. The only redeamable quality about Titanic was Kate Winslets tits. Had it not been for them I probably would have torched the theatre.

Tits, nah...Leo lungy's off the side of the boat were not too shabby. You know, I saw that movie 5 times in the theater. Yes, Titanic. And I've seen Braveheart over 200 times. Before you ask, yes, I do have a life, but not so much then...my kids were little in the '90's = no life. :D

I still contend "Mr. Brooks" was the worst movie I've ever seen.

    there is no question.
it's the worst movie ever made.
  • Try Mission to Mars if it's ever on HBO. I did not know that Tim Robins could be in anything that totally inane!

While I enjoyed transformers, there is no redeeming ones self from the shithouse that is Pearl Harbour. He should go back to directing porn.

Edit that to say Matrix: revolutions and I'll agree. But seriously the first one is just so awesome and groundbreaking. There's no way in hell you can think that's the worst movie ever.

or the one he did with Rob Schnider.. Knock Off?

I really enjoyed the new Indy movie.. not as good as the first three, but it kept me entertained and I'll probably buy it.

I agree with you. Didn't care for the aliens or the cg vine swing, but the humor and style was the more or less the same and the movie was overall enjoyable.

  • Hmm, I like that movie.

Anyway, to avoid wasting time, the trick is to realize BEFORE you watch the movie that it's probably going to suck and therefore isn't worth your time.

me too but im a homer for Scorsese so that explains that.

ANd i also agree with this outlook i just dont watch movies i know are going to be shit. people are always like you like every movie you see and i say its coz i only watch good movies and if i do watch a crap movie why would i talk about it. That being said Alexander comes to mind as one of the worst.

Mine has to be Tarzan The Ape Man (1981) the one with Bo Derek/Miles O'keefe and directed by John Derek.

The imagery alone was hard to watch and it made no sense. Worst ever.

Forgot to mention Constantine. What a piece of crap. I would have walked out of the theatre if I hadn't been on a date.

Me too, I'm a big fan of Raiders and Crusade (even Temple of Doom had its moments) and I thought the new one was pretty good. Better than Temple of Doom, at least... the CGI groundhogs were the worst, imo, but besides that it was a fun movie.
