The Giants need to put pressure on Anderson. Where the hell is our D-line so far? We ended the first half the right way- lets see how they come out in the second.

What the hell is up with the defense?

This is worse than just a loss. This shows that the Giants have been hyped up WAY too much this year.

It's only the last week or so that it's been hyped. That I've seen. Most were just just coming around to it.

Not really. They're coming off one of the most remarkable playoff runs in history. And they started the season 4-0.

They had an off game. The Browns don't deserve all the credit. They played a good game but it remains to be seen whether or not they've really turned themselves around.

Why I think its worse than a normal loss:
    1. They let the ailing Cowboys off the hook a little bit and can't pull ahead in the division.
    2. Eli throws 3 picks that were ALL TERRIBLE. Makes me wonder how he'll respond.
    3. They lose their aura. Other teams will be looking at this team differently from here on out.
    4. After the 49ers they have a couple of hard games that can make or break them.
    5. Our D- Line couldn't do anything. Without pressure on the opposing QB our secondary will eventually be beat. Hence, Ross tripping twice tonight.

With all that being said yes they are still 4-1 and they are still the defending Super Bowl Champs. But they need to come back from this strong because if they get stuck in a rut they're in big trouble.

I hope Ross is okay. Sucks that he tripped twice. But he is fast. Spags didn't call a good defensive game tonight.

That was not the same Browns team that played the Cowboys a few weeks ago. They came out to play last night.

Of course, the Giants helped a lot.

That was the real Browns. A bad start doesn't mean a team is bad- I don't know why everyone was giving up on them too early. I guess thats easier for me to say since the Giants started 0-2 last year.

  • a decent but down team at home on a monday night always seems to pull through in my book, especially when crazy Ohioians can tailgate all day since they had off for Columbus Day....hell, they even made their own team false start 9 times
