ass threads on here lately? Seriously, I'm fine with some here and there and have even participated in one or two......but all the damn time?! What the fuck is wrong with some of you??? :confused:

    Like all message boards, you just need to sift through the weeds to find the posts worth reading. You can't solve everyone's problems in real life to begin with, and I'm certainly not going to try and do it here. That is entirely not why I come here.

    i just glanced over the first page here on AET...couple 'depressive threads'...but a lot more that are happy, or at the very least neutral topics. it's all what you choose to focus on. and sure, some people are happiest when they are miserable...and like to share it too. :p

    I think some people see here as a safe place to offload and share their worries is all :)

    People often want advice and an objective point of view. Here they can be fairly anonymous, in a way they might not be able to with family and friends.

    We just need more happy threads to balance it all out :) Of course when you're TOO happy that depresses some people (or just plain pisses them off) so you can't win anyway :p We all have our "favorite feelings" sadness, anger, happiness, jealousy, annoyance etc...and probably tend to post based on them.
