i have always wanted to try and bake a head of garlic and then spread it on bread. it looks so good on the cooking channel when they do it.........So I'll just lie down and wait for the dream

I tried that. It didn't work very well but then I'm not a good cook. Roasted garlic's nice though with roast dinners.0 -
If you are running out of time to roast garlic, try this!
Slice a baguette in half, brush with Olive Oil. Broil until toasty. Take a clove of peeled garlic and just rub over. The hot broiled baguette will kind of melt the garlic and it's SOOOO good.
