    Yeah, I put pepper on everything! My steak tonight had garlic, black peppercorn and a small dash of salt.

    Have you ever tried to mince them? Those bastards' skin got underneath my thumbnail and made it hurt for a week. That was the end of me hand mincing my own garlic (although i heard that if you soak them in water it makes it easier to peel). I'll stick to store bought, ground/minced lol. Good stuff though. I use it in a ton of stuff i make.

    That is ALL you need on a steak. It's the perfect combination..all I ever use to season steak.

    P.S. Worchestshire is good because it helps to tendorize the meat. But, as you mentioned, it has a tendancy to overpower...I blame the anchovies!!!

    pasta with olive oil and garlic.

    very minimalistic and simple to cook, but fucking delicious.

    mmm can't get enough garlic. i made garlic mashed potatoes earlier for dinner along with some chicken, yum!

    me too, and the garlic just gives it that extra oomph! i cook up a bunch of minced garlic in a bit of butter and extra virgin olive oil....just that alone on a piece of bread is heaven!

    OH HELL YEAH!! My roommate and I had a "passion party". Roasted garlic on crustini (sp?)!! Nothing better!
