    Have you ever tried to mince them? Those bastards' skin got underneath my thumbnail and made it hurt for a week. That was the end of me hand mincing my own garlic (although i heard that if you soak them in water it makes it easier to peel). I'll stick to store bought, ground/minced lol. Good stuff though. I use it in a ton of stuff i make.

    That is ALL you need on a steak. It's the perfect combination..all I ever use to season steak.

    P.S. Worchestshire is good because it helps to tendorize the meat. But, as you mentioned, it has a tendancy to overpower...I blame the anchovies!!!

    I only like my steak with ketchup......that's if I add sauce. mmmmmm.
