they're not people... they're celebsdifferent rule... although Amy Winehouse was banned, wasn't she? Snoop dogg is banned from the UK I believe. Have a look at the US immigration site... that's where I got my information from... NOT thin air
. Of course there will always be exceptions to the rule... even strong rules like this, there are minimal exceptions. But I don't think the average person can expect the same treatment as Paul McCartney in todays celeb worshipping world, do you?

i have a criminal record... i can get in.
my father in law's friend is currently in Colorado... he has one...
as i said about 20 posts back... it is possible but they need to know the level of that convinction... hence the background checking....
oh, Donald, who you met in London.. he has one for throwing a bottle away in the street... he's been 3 times and was married in Vegas.if somebody already has any conviction they won't be allowed in anyway... the only people allowed in are those with NO criminal records... so I don't see how that's relevant?

Heineken Helen wrote::rolleyes: read the immigration site. You're picking holes here cos you know of SOME exceptions  no surprise there! You've a criminal record?
i've read it again
The traveler will also be required to answer VWP eligibility questions regarding communicable diseases, arrests and convictions for certain crimes, and past history of visa revocation or deportation, among others.
all i'm saying is that you make blanket statements about things without backing them up... you say about the debit card. not true.. then you say about anyone who has a criminal conviction cannot get into america... not true..
i have a legally spent criminal conviction... (but i still have to declare it when entering the US/NZ/AUS) it was from a long time ago!!i didnt go to jail or anything... was fined.. 13 years ago i think it was.

If the way they process mailed-in visa waiver forms is anything to go by, storing details is all they'll do- they'd prolly take 15 years to retrieve the info if some guy on their records commits an international crime.
I've mailed in my VWP entry/exit form in April after I accidentally took it away instead of just leaving it behind at the Canadian border. Still no reply, so I have no idea if I'm eligible for reentry under the VWP. Fuckers.Binary solo..0000001000001111000011100 -
Heineken Helen wrote:So I was wrong about the debit card... do you have to bring it up in every thread since? Reminds me of a certain banned poster. You've been wrong about a lot and I've let it go... get over it. Thread integrity. I'm not entirely wrong... it says it on the site... I know people with non violent convictions who have been refused entry. I don't know anyone with a conviction who has got in.

If you see a white woman and you are trying to figure out whether she is liked or just merely tolerated by white people, the best thing you can do is get a quick look at her haircut. It is a known fact that white people love women who wear their hair with bangs that hang straight down.
A number of very popular white women have worn this hairstyle including Joni Mitchell, Jane Birkin, Jenny Lewis and every girl ever photographed by Vice Magazine or the Cobrasnake. (Note: it is a good idea to familiarize yourself with these two things as they are both beloved by cool white people. Follow up note: these same things are hated by cooler white people).
Many people associate this type of haircut with children and people looking for the most efficient way to get hair out of their eyes. But for white people, this simple haircut makes a bold declaration by saying that the wearer is artistic, deep, and has probably dated a guy in a band you like. Of course, as with many things loved by white people, simple often means expensive and these haircuts usually cost upwards of $100.
It is essential for you to know this haircut is more than a mere fashion statement– it is an important cultural marking. Throughout the world, many cultures feature ceremonies to announce that a girl has become a woman. For white people, the haircut-with-bangs is an important symbol that a female has completed her transformation from a nerdy girl to a cool woman. In fact, if you went to high school with a nerdy white girl who moved to a big city, there is a good chance she will show up to your high school reunion with this haircut.
When you are introduced to a group of white people, it’s a good idea to befriend the girl with the bangs. She’s probably the most popular.Do you remember Rock & Roll Radio?0 -
