    Good try, but you're failing miserably in trying to back-peddle and spin your way out of it.

    Anyone who goes back and reads the thread can clearly see that I never claimed such a thing. In fact, you were the first to imply any such things.

    I merely questioned your defensive, paranoid and paniced reaction to Brokeback Mountain. You then took the reigns and ran with it.

    Again, you're very defensive and paranoid about this subject matter and you've been very determined to make sure you confirm your sexuality in this thread.

    Is there an actual purpose to all of this friend? I remember asking you to air your grievances towards me via PM. Is that not acceptable?

    I'm wired hetero too. It was still a good movie. I'm also wired non-violent, and I can't even think how many violent movies I've watched and enjoyed. That's part of what makes movies enjoyable, they take us outside of ourselves and our everyday environments. I really can't understand why someone would find a movie about two people in love to be completely unwatchable just because those two people were of the same gender.

    I honestly believe people only like that movie because they don't want to appear to hate homosexual men.

    Movie sucked. I was surprised just hwo bad it sucked. It had a few decent moments, but overall it just sucked really, really bad.

    I was on a bus that was in an accident once, and I was approached by an attorney telling me I could make a pile of money. Since my only injury was a scraped knee and a ruined pair of pantyhose, I told the attorney that suing them for more than $8 would be theft.

    It's quite possible to tell an attorney to go away.

    For women it's different watching guys (I believe). Failing that, It could very well be an emotional thing, as it's well known that men are lacking in this regard. However some men are certainly more emotional. I see myself somewhere in the middle on the emotional scale.

    Personally I just couldn't stomach an hour or so of two guys pandering after one another like departed lost souls. It's too corny for me...honestly. It's not an I hate gay thing for me. It's just a bit over the top for me to sit through.

    I sat through 2 seasons (every episode) of Queer as folk to spend time with my girlfriend. We were kinda living together but I sat beside her and watched it....She loved that show.

    Honestly I really don't think there's any way I can explain it except for coming off like a homophobe.
