    judge cooperman has spoken .

    there was no definitive proof that the officers didnt feel threatened for their lives.

    at least , in the eyes of the law and all the factors beyond a reasonable doubt.

    sean bell is tied somehow to my surrounding area.
    maybe his fiancee lived in far rockaway- one way or the other-
    i feel for his family ( his parents and children )
    now we see if the feds press charges .

    whoever knows the case knows the 3 officers were all different races including black

    for those new to the case who haven;t seen any reports, just so you know, two of the three defendants were african-american. for rev al, this is not a race issue, but rather a police issue.
