    it was such a stupid fight. he knew she didn't like to be pressured, but he figured freya needed to talk to her so what was the harm? turns out the harm was left sitting at home pining for this woman cause anna couldn't be talked into doing anything she set her mind against. he stood up and grabbed his keys from the sideboard. walking out his front door, arlo slammed it behind him.

    he walked in the direction of anna's. she lived across town but he was in need of a good head clearing walk. he didn't want to push her away and he knew that's what he was doing. he thought of sascha and how hard it was dealing with her silences. he wasn't concerned that anna would do anything to hurt herself. at least not with her sister staying with her.he just didn't want to give her the satisfaction of thinking that she ahd got to him.

    i looked at detective farrell. i loved how they asked questions knowing full well what the answer was. he knew there was more to what happened between me and vincent. why didn't he just come straight out and ask what it was.

    i didn't really want to get into all this history with this man that i didn't even know. i wasn't even sure of how much i was supposed to share.

    i wasn't comfortable being in a police station. and i was even less comfortable having detective farrell ask me questions i didn't want to answer.
    i wanted arlo. i wanted to be anywhere but here.

    ' i don't want to answer anymore of your questions. i think i need to go to the hospital now'

    of all the places i wanted to be hospital wasn't one of them. but it was better than the police station. i know i had told the police i was okay to talk, but i wasn't really. hospitals made me nervous and i had a habit of being admitted when i didn't want to be. but right now it was looking like a more viable alternative.
