  • The Regency's website lists check-in time as 3pm. My plane lands around 11am. Anyone know if they'll hold my bags for a few hours if I want to drop them off and walk around town? Or maybe they have lockers for rent?

I'm pretty sure they will hold them for you....I saw a few reviews of the hotel where they mentioned arriving early...if your room isn't ready they were able to store their luggage at the front desk

Cool! I'll be getting to the hotel around 11:00 as well and don't feel like getting drunk at the bar waiting for my room to get ready... Rather wait until the evening to do that!! :D

I like to think that I'll abstain from hard drinking until after the show...I like a few beers to relax but I want to really remember this one.

I remember seeing PJ in 1998 and pissing in the parking lot after the show as people drove by....not very professional

That's just Saturday! Sunday and Monday I will relax with a beer or two, but then let loose after the show.

I have a concert routine when it comes to drinking, my friends are in disbelief and look at me funny, but it keeps the show memorable. Usually it's two beers and that's it!! NO ifs, ands, or buts!! Although my rules have been thrown out the window when asked by a lovely young lady if I want another..... :D

Oh, and my friends look at me funny alot, just not with disbelief!

We get in at 11am too. Maybe we'll recognize each other by the big grins on our faces :D That's goes for everybody. I hope we'll recognize each other and smile.

Any one staying at Hyatt Regency Mccormick? I'm going alone Sunday through Tuesday. I don't have a ticket for Monday night...But I have an extra 10c ticket for Sunday to trade... :)

Shitty...Update. I finally got priceline to cancel my Mccormick res. for $25 fee. Tried again and got Palmer House Hilton. Anyone staying there?

Anyone up for organizing something after the show on Sunday at the hotel? I'm only staying Sun. so I'm hardly the one to do this (I live an hr north of Milwaukee so I don't need to be in town early). To me if we have like 150 freaking people we should just hang out at the hotel after! I know there will be people at Moretti's, but I don't feel like taking a bus or a train at 2 AM, or finding a cab in an area that they don't normally frequent much either. Going out to a different bar in the city would be just as much hassle too.

I'd just assume head back to the hotel and chill out there at the bar or in someone's room if they are gracious enough to host. Besides that, my GF's kind of a light weight, so if there's something going on at the hotel I can let her sleep and sneak out to keep on drinking! ;)

I'm sure you'll find a bunch of us at the bar on Sunday when you get in. I would imagine some kind of an "after party" would be going on there as well.

Has anyone got this in the last week or so on priceline? How much? Don't want my friend to lowball and get stuck at palmer house.
Last time ( couple weeks ) I think $71 got hyatt.
Any more recent info would be nice. Lowest published rate is now $199 pre tax.

    Thanks
