To hell with the west coast. PLAY THE MID WEST!!!!!! Specifically Columbus , OHIO!!!!!!!

As a Columbus resident, I second that! Or you can play Cleveland, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis or somewhere else about a 3 hour drive away, and I'll be there.

But Tim, thanks so much for making this post. While I am sure there was plenty I would have loved to complain about, I did not do any of that today or in recent weeks, but I agree with a lot of what was being said, and I find it very awesome and respectable that you made this post, instead of just ignoring all of us crazy fans who will never be fully satisfied. Thanks so much!

Is than an all request thread now? If it is, I'll throw my vote to Eugene, OR. They haven't played there since 91 and now that they're starting to celebrate their 20 yr aniversery they can recreate the West Coast tour they did back in the old Mookie Blaylock days. Only differences, larger venues and Alice in Chains can open for them.

Oh and thanks for the news on a West Coast swing. :)

either travel to Toronto and/or Chicago if you have to get your PJ fix OR wait until September for the new album to drop and for the band to hit the West coast for some dates between/after the festivals!

I'm only kidding - you are correct.

It's nice to see something though - luckily for me I live near Chicago so I would have purchased tickets today either way. Now I just need to save for a potential west coast swing!

That said, a few shows in the western US are in the cards for me this fall!

    Thanks for the info!!!!

It will be much better to catch 3-4 shows on the coast near home, than spend $500 for a pair of airline tix + hotel to see one show in Chicago or Toronto. Love the band but have to be smart with my money.

Still not sure about the Outlands Festival..last time I was at Golden Gate Park in 1995 too many fans (50,000) pushing at me at the front of the barrier..not sure I want to put my wife(5' 2") in that position...so any normal West Coast shows will greatly be appreciated...
