  • Man, are the Magic inconsistant, they should be giving Howard the ball way more than they do. The Celtics played a good game.

I 'm kind of pissed I fell asleep half way through the Lakers-Rockets game, missed all the good stuff. :) It's going to be a good series.

I said in the first page of the thread that the Rockets will give the Lakers a tough series especially with Kobe-stoppers(Battier and Artest) on their team but last night Kobe won the battle. Hopefully, Fisher gets suspended for the shoulder block.

And Celtics won with Pierce scoring only 3 points  . That dunk by Rondo was sick! Eddie House was rockin the 3-pointers last night too. And Alston should be suspended for that horseplay slap.

  • That slap that Alston did was just a stupid play, he should be suspended for just being dumb. If you go by the rules then Kobe should be suspended also(no throwing elbows above the shoulders).Kobe knows what he's doing, I don't think it was a accident, he just plays it off like that. I think because it's Kobe he won't be suspended. plus Artest has been a punk for years so I'm sure that will figure in the decision making. I'm still trying to figure out why Artest was kicked out of the game?

Bad reputation for Artest, that's why. He was actually playing really good too and got the Rockets a lead in the secon half before the whole mess started.

  • The Celtics might be in trouble, it's hard to say because the Magic are jeckel and hide.
It really won't matter because the Cavs will roll whoever. :D

UNREAL, Celtics steal one with BIG Baby coming through. BEANTOWN tonight 2-0 with the Bruins winning too.

This one was the Hyde in the Magic's game tonight.

Glen Davis was the man of the hour last night. Way to pull through, Big Baby. That's Celtics basketball at it's best.

Rick Addleman is the most underrrated coach of all-time and he's always given the Lakers a hard time since his coaching days in Portland even before his Sacramento stint.

He's always managed to get a team without a true superstar to play great. He would be an amazing college coach if he leaves the pro coaching gigs.

I think the Rockets-Lakers series will go to 7!!!!! Hopefully, Houston wins... ;)

Oh, and what about that Davis buzzer-beater in Orlando. Boston has taken back the momentum. Everybodu has talked about how Magic will destroy the Celtics because of Dwight Howard but he has NOT dominated the series at all.

pay no attention to my location..i dont like the magic especially well either but...

if i see rondo convulse and fall to the ground after not being touched for a foul one more time..

i watched with non-biased fans that now can't even watch celtic games anymore after watching this series.
there is a different set of rules that apply to the celtics.
if you fall its a foul. thank you paul pierce for teaching rondo this.

or how about big baby flailing to the ground on the baseline after the "hard foul"
upon replay i don't believe he was touched. he proceeds to get up and put his tough face on like hes gonna fight dwight howard or something. the guy is a joke.

and yea that was a great last second shot..until he celebrated by pushing a 10 year old right afterwards..stay classy baby
  • Very impressive win for the Rockets.

Nice win for the Celtics, too back Orlando takes every other game off. Van Gundy has got to be one of the worst coaches in the league, not to mention a loudmouth douchebag every time he talks. Like I said before Dwight Howard should touch the ball twice as much as he does instead of everyone else hoisting up 20 3-pointers a game, what a shame. Doc Rivers has got the team playing above their heads, bench guys are stepping it up every night.even without KG the Celtics got this series.

Can you believe that Magic fan demanding Big Baby apologize for brushing aside his son and calling him a animal. Now if D. Howard had done the same thing this would be a none story.

Big Baby politely apologized for the incident so I hope that dad is happy. Just the same LET"S GO CELTICS! big/huge game tonight.

Oh I love the other night at the Sox game when Big Baby hit that game winning shot and Fenway erupted and literally scared that Rays batter out of the batter's box. :)

lol... Orlando just doesn't know how to hold onto a lead. They were up by as many as 14 in and still loss to Boston by 4. Dwight Howard still hasn't had a dominating game yet and Big Baby has outperformed him thus far.

Oh, and the Bruins forced a game 7 too against the 'Canes!

    Go Boston!!!!!!

    van gundy is a joke.

I don't understand why they go to Howard all game and get a sizable lead, but in the 4th they just start chucking 3's up there

    im done with the nba.
    celtics get their own rules.
if they fall or jerk their head back like they got rearended its a foul.
if they dont hit the rim its ok..reset the clock. our bad.

once again pay no attention to my location to the right---->
i dont care for the magic.
im sick of the nba dictating who wins.

i could say the same thing with the cleveland series.
    poor josh smith.

ill be behing the visitors basket tomorrow like 4 rows back top left corner.
i will be the one giving the celtics bench the business

enjoy the cavs because if garnett doesnt come back lebron will be getting all the calls

(stern likes him better than the big 2)

I'd put the blame on Dwight Howard or his coaching staff because he hasn't lived up to his Superman status in this series at all. Orlando has become a perimeter offensive team when they have the lead, they should be destroying Boston in the paint but they're not.

As far as Stern and league's favoritism, I think they like the idea of either Cleveland and LA(LeBron vs Kobe) or Cleveland and Denver(Carmelo vs LeBron) in the Finals.

I had a terriable feeling all day long before the game but the CELTICS gave it everything they had. I'm a bit surprised they hung in as long as they did considering how many key injuries they had.

The BRUINS and the CELTICS fall at home and that hurts but Congrats Orlando. The Celtics will be back!

Yeah, I'm thinking they'll be back with a vengeance. KG looked pretty damn eager to just run out on the court and stomp some ass.

BTW, does anybody else find it really weird that Stan Van Gundy looks WAY too much like Ron Jeremy. It kind of distracts me everytime the camera gets a shot of him...
