I agree with Seether's Immortality, but completely disagree with Aaron Lewis, he got the words wrong to Black! Thats just wrong.

  • Warren Haynes has done several and has done them all well.

Should've read a few first....I see the Mule's New Years Eve show has been discussed...definitely worth getting! Warren is a bad ass.
All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

  • 5 vs. 1 -- a philly local band -- they are awesome
And he who forgets will be destined to remember. REMEMBER THE SPECTRUM!
  • Soymartino, or whatever his name is, does not get enough props. His finger pickin' version of Untitled is unreal.

Also, the Mule is always a winner. Warren Haynes is a god.

Seether and Aaron Lewis are just kind of boring.

Allison Crowe is the only person I've heard do a Pearl Jam song justice. The Seether Immortality was pretty good, but pretty much a carbon copy. The Lewis covers are embarrassing for everyone.

Came here to say this. Even PJ's Canadian promoter, Paul Mercs, likens her performances to Eddie-like intensity.
Allison also tags Jeremy onto the end of her original song Philosophy.

if there is a tribute album in the making we don't want aaron lewis or O.A.R... TERRIBLE ARTISTS/BANDS... We would want people like the boss, R.E.M., Gaslight Anthem etc.

Tony Bennett's version of Betterman is interesting but is one the better covers I have seen.

The version of Small Town that was played before Eddie took the stage at some of the solo shows last year was fucking incredible! Very obscure I think. I've never been able to find a version of it. I believe it was done by some artist from Africa. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I was wondering if anyone has any clips of Gov't Mule covering Pearl Jam. Everyone keeps saying how great they are and I want to hear it for myself.
