Man, i guess i'm not the only dumb one, as i did the same thing(had my ticket stubs in my wallet ONLY to lose it too)>Only frickin' wallet i ever lost too.I lost my first few stubs, but i don't remember how many i had in ther. Ever since then, as soon as i get home i put my ticket stub in a SAFE place.
First concert was The Cars in 1979.0 -
Finsbury Park, London, June 1993
Neil Young, Pearl Jam, James, Teenage Fanclub, and 4 Non Blondes.
So technically the first band I saw live was 4 Non Blondes but it sounds better if I list the bands in reverse order with Neil first!“Do not postpone happiness”
(Jeff Tweedy, Sydney 2007)
“Put yer good money on the sunrise”

In Boston 1974 it would have been Sly & The Family Stones and James Brown at a festival but a riot broke out and the shows were cancelled.
So in the summer 1978 I saw the Isley Brothers with Teddy Pendergrass opening for them at a sold out Capital Centre Landover MD. This was all through our recreation department and two weeks later I saw KISS, my awakening to rock music.....what an awakening it was.
