I had a dream last night that was one of the castaways. It was NOT fun...and I didn't even get to hook up with Sawyer...what a waste.

I don't watch Heroes, but I still found this very funny. I just got it in an email from another Lost Buddy.

I especially like the Kevin Johnson of the Phoenix Suns action figure playing the part of Michael.

Way too much going on. But I liked the way Richard gave Locke the compass that he didn't choose when Locke was first visited by Richard.

Richard has to be like Desmond and Farraday and be a time traveler as well.

    I totally missed that!

There's sooo much little stuff to pay attention to in this series. I love it!

I still don't think Jin and Claire are dead. Especially how the creaters kept referring to them in the recap episode. Like when they are describing Sun by saying. "Sun believes Jin is dead".
  • The episodes were cryptic as usual. I'm a bit confused are there now two different time lines going? One where Locke is dead and the other where he's alive? I hate when shows do time traveling it's really confusing.

So is Ms. Hawking Faraday's mother, if so she won't be in Oxford for Desmond to find if she's in LA with Benry, unless the Desmond time is different than the events unfolding in LA with the Oceanic 5.5.
Hurley didn't listen to Ana Lucia when she said "don't get arrested", wonder what consequences that'll have.

So did Benry foul something up when moving the island causing it to be "skipping" like a highly sought after Into the Wild vinyl? Supposedly the island was moved once before (possibly by Chuckles Widmore), did this happen then too or did Benry use a bad stylus?

Lot of new questions, lots to digest in one night.

I thought it was good, I like how Richard kind of knew what was going on, understood the time skipping. It now seems like Widmore is the good guy and Ben is bad again. The time line at the end was crazy. I really can't wait until next week. I have to watch it again tonight to see what I missed.

And Sawyers line about giving "Ginger" one too was classic.

My thought is based on Faraday's analogy of the skipping record... the record is the island and its original inhabitants (Hostiles) and the needle are the survivors of 815 and the "Others". They move through time on the island like a record skipping.

Should be a very interesting season, especially if not everyone is willing to go back. Although, it seems like everyone will have reasons to back the trek back to the island.

I think I figured out why Juliet is time jumping with the Losties and the freighter people. In that horrible episode about Jack's tattoos, she was marked as no longer being an Other after she killed Pickett. The mark on her back had 8 spokes and looks a lot like the the wheel Ben pushed to move the island.

I knew "Frogurt" a/k/a Neil was a goner soon after he was introduced.

I like seeing the dead characters again like Ethan and Ana Lucia. I kept expecting Boone to pop up somewhere with Locke at the site of the crashed drug plane.

Daniel's mother must be (can't think of her name now) - the witchy woman.

Overall, I was a tad dissapointed because the show seemed to jump around too much. Not enough focus. But still I enjoyed it. Just glad that it is back!

I've had other people tell me that as well. That Mrs. Hawkings is Daniel's mother. My only problem with that is that Desmond is going to Oxford to see Daniel's mother. And Mrs. Hawkings appears to be in a Church near LA talking to Ben.

Assuming that the Desmond scenes are concurrent with the Oceanic 5.5 and Benry LA scenes.
And Des didn't get her name before Daniel went poof to another time.

That's a good point. Desmond's scenes could be right after the 6 were rescued and Benry and Jack are 3 years in the future. With all the time jumping it's a little hard to keep track ... lol.

It could be that Desmond meets Mrs. Hawkings and that sets about the plan that Benry is apparently following.

I still laugh every time that you call him Benry.

I think Daniel knows way more that he is letting on, sort of how he was at the drilling in the begining of the first episode. Also, i think the baby they showed in the beining is going to be Linus.

A theory is that the baby is Miles, since the father is Dr. Chang aka Dr. Marvin Candle.

Daniel definitely knows a lot more than he's letting on.

Nah.. we saw Benry being born off the island and his mother dying. I'd be more inclined thinking that the baby could be Miles or no one at all. And of course the physicist who built his own time machine knows more than he's letting on

awww.... I didn't think about that. But isn't Miles too young to be that baby? When were the Dharmas wiped out? The 70's right? I guess it could be Miles.

Miles seemed to have no insight into anything last night. I kept trying to remember Miles backstory and why he would have been on that trip - other than he can talk to ghosts, or maybe it is not ghosts but some sort of his own time travel that allows him to communicate with dead people.

I don't think they have gone too much into his backstory yet. They only showed him once when he took some money from the old lady, and that is about it. But he has eluded to knowing much more. How much money ben can get, that Widmore has been looking fro the Island for 20 years, etc.

don't think they have gone too much into his backstory yet. They only showed him once when he took some money from the old lady, and that is about it. But he has eluded to knowing much more. How much money ben can get, that Widmore has been looking fro the Island for 20 years, etc.

Oh yeah. I forgot about that episode with him being tied up in the boat house and talking about ransom or money or something with Ben.

How scary was Sun when she was talking to Kate? I thought for a minute she had some diabolic thoughts toward Kate - that she blamed her for Jin's death. Still not sure. But she sure looked diabolic, didn't she?

Sun also said that her daughter was with her grandmother, which I assume would be Sun's mother. I can't imagine that she would want to leave the baby with her dad, so I wonder what happened there.
