We essentially shut down a better running back than both Jacobs and Bradshaw in the AFC championship. Gonna be tough to run on Vince & Co.

I am aware. Also remember the Pats didn't have half their defense (see jimed's past post) when you guys beat us by 4 points in the reg season. Out of all the Giants road to the Super Bowls I am leaning towards this year's being the most difficult and most impressive. 2007 was a very close second, 1990 as well (facing montana, rice + co in SF).
BUT this year....the playoffs really started wk 16 vs the Jets, then had to beat Dallas just to get in.
Then the actual playoffs....beat a decent Atlanta team, beat defending powerhouse 15-1, #1 seed GB in GB!!, then beat vicious defense #2 SF in SF on a miserable weather day.
Again, its close and debatable but all things considered I'm thinking this years GB & SF teams were tougher opponents then 2007 Dallas and GB

I really wish the players would shut up and just play. The players who have talked (Rolle, JPP, Manningham, Canty) better all play great tonight. I know JPP will, but we know Rolle will be the one making mistakes and blame it on other players.
